We had solar installed at our house in Lancaster, and after a big storm, a leak revealed itself. Jose and his father came to inspect the roof and sent me a quote that night to provide to the solar company for compensation. Upon approval, Block Builders got me on the schedule within a week to start the repairs on my roof. From roof repair, to interior drywall and paint, they did it all. The job was completed under 10 days. We had another storm shortly thereafter and there were no more leaks. The beat out the price of the contractor the solar company had received quote from without sacrificing quality. I will definitely be calling them again on my next big project.

I am extremely pleased with Block Builders.I manage the apt building I live in and had them do all kinds of different work for units and the building itself. They have done plumbing work, installed new front doors to units, replace kitchen faucets, change out electrical outlets, installation of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors,cabinet and flooring work and will definitely have them back for any future construction work as well as window installation. They truly are a one stop shop! Punctual and do very good work. Highly recommended. Reasonable estimates.

I confess, I was a little nervous about hiring Block builders because they did not yet have any yelp reviews. However, they gave me a great estimate, and were very responsive in bidding on my tiling project, so I gave them a shot. I was very happy that I did. They are a father-son team that just got started on their independent run, but appear to have spent a long time in contracting, and are very professional. I'd definitely use them again. In fact, I think I am about to (for an additional drywall project I have in my home). Would recommend.
