I had a hard time finding someone to cover my moms mountain home since it's so far from the bigger cities. I got a hold of bland and I an so pleased and happy that I did. They were professional, reliable, friendly, and won't rip you off. The technician was so good and now we have a good working a/c unit. Thank you so much!! We will always refer you guys!

Very poor customer service! Manager will not even return my call. Purchased two units from Bland and neither one was secured in place. One technician came out one year later and didn't even know they sold our brand of AC unit. In his words the unit is ""garbage "". We placed numerous service calls to Bland due to noise when one starts up and we were led to believe from a previous employee that it was normal. Come to find out from another one of their technicians that it is ""not"" normal and our motor will need to be replaced soon.
Extremely disappointed in Bland and we will never reach out to them again.

This review is strictly based on the Yelp RFP customer service interaction I had with this business and not a reflection of any actual work performed... So I submitted a RFP that went out to 5+ random HVAC companies. The RFP was for a summer service (routine maintenance) on my AC unit at my home that was just build in 2020, see attached image of RFP. This company responds with ""Please contact our HVAC service department at #,"" see attached image of response. If I wanted to utilize Yelp to find businesses to call I would have done that, but I submitted an electronic RFP to get a price. The details provided in the RFP were sufficient to get a price, however, should additional information have been needed why not just ask. I did receive pricing from the other companies. Apparently this company lacks customer service and common sense. Either way this was a red flag for me!

Very professional, efficient, thorough, and clear. Great communication. Fast but quality work. Vincent communicated clearly with me throughout the installation, explained everything and answered my questions. Chris was also very professional throughout the installation. And Pedro was also professional. Jerry was there not just for the pre-site inspection, but also for the installation, and was very professional and easy to communicate with. I also appreciate Dan Mello for his professionalism. There are many out there wanting to take advantage of you. Bland will not do that to you. I am glad I went with them. It feels like I have a brand new home.

I've been waiting 6 months to get my solar done. After 5 months I finally got panels on my roof but they are not turned on yet! Every time I call them they tell me it's going to be another week. If you need work done fast don't go to Bland solar. Everyone I talk to on the phone is very polite but I'm pissed at how long I've been waiting!

Had a new home built with pool installed 2 years ago. They gave us a 9kw system. Our trueup last year was an astonishing $1900! Obviously they did not calculate it correctly as my neighbors and friends said my trueup was way too high. I emailed and texted Daniel with no reply. 2 years later we go to sell the house and there are broken tiles on the roof. I'm assuming it was from the solar install unless the builders installed broken tiles. Anyway we go to sell the house and get a roof cert which costed us around $600. Overall I'd say the customer service is above average but disappointed about the extremely high trueup and paying for the broken tiles that was not our fault. Robert and Abel were nice and friendly to work with though. So thanks guys.

I was house sitting for my in-laws when the solar installation was to take place. Lalo and Saul were awesome, they showed up and finished when they said they would so I could plan my day, and they told me exactly what they were going to do before they did it. They were professional and announced before just coming in which helped me keep the dogs from getting out. They also made sure that every step of the plan was what my in-laws wanted BEFORE installing it.

they installed 15 kw ground mount for me workers very professional and friendly very prompt and hard workers had to fight 15 days of rain but installed 46 panels and all inverters very attractive job neighbors love it and I gave them 3 refferals

For $50K they installed two air units and a solar system they stated would cover my yearly electrical cost. First year it cost me ~$2,500 and this year is showing a true up of ~$1,500. Not quite 2 years in both air conditioners failed at the same time. They came out the following day and found the main units condenser unit fan failed and the other a single room unit was low on Freon. They added freon and fixed the single room unit, not sure if they checked for a leak but low on Freon in less then two years seems way to soon. The other unit they said they would order the part and try to be back the following day, maybe the day after. Three days later my wife called them, and they said it would probably be the following week. My wife was not happy so they moved it up to late the next day. I told her to call them back and let them know I was going to write a bad review on the internet so they moved it to earlier the following day and the technician called me and we had a lengthy conversation and he stated he had no control over when the part comes in. I asked him where the part was at this current time and he stated here in town. Take this how you would like but I'm not very happy with Bland Air and Solar. Really just the Air conditioning side!
