When no other solar company would assist me Bland did. Not only did they fix my issues but their prices were reasonable and lower than other quotes I got. I got 3 quotes prior to contacting Bland and then got told the company did not have time to help me. Called Bland and was able to get my issues fixed within a couple of weeks. Thank you Bland!

I have been trying to contact Bland to have my solar panels cleaned since I have lifetime cleaning in my contract. First off, I cannot get a live person to answer the phone or call me back.

There is a text messaging service Bland uses; however, when I told them I wanted my panels cleaned, they told me they do not offer that service anymore and to contact a few companies. I reiterated that have lifetime cleaning and they told me they would have to look into it and they would get back to me.

Well Bland it has been two months and nobody has gotten back to me. I even text a picture of my contract showing I have lifetime cleaning and all I got was crickets back. Sounds like a breach of contract and not honoring my contract.

For shame for shame Bland. I recommended Bland Service to my elderly mom who is 85 years old. They were prompt in sending George out who diagnosed the issue. He said the scheduler would call my mom on Friday. No call from the scheduler. I called and spoke to the scheduler and she said that George would call my mom in a few minutes which he did. He scheduled on a Monday at 1 pm. George did not call nor did he show up. 5 pm my sister called him and he said he would be out about 6pm. Again, he did not show. At 8 pm he called and said I can come at 9:30 at night! My elderly mom told him too late. She has now called a different air company. My husband and I had never had any issues with Bland company. We picked them since my hubby used to ride bikes with the owner. I am so disappointed in myself for recommending them to my mother. Never again!

Zero stars for lack of customer service, lack of communication and failure to follow through on every aspect from purchase to the install which I am still fervently trying to accomplish. Wish I could just request a refund so I can purchase from a company with honesty & integrity. I'm definitely not going to buy from them for solar at my.in-laws home nor will I recommend them to anyone. Nothing but a huge headache.

Love this place! The staff were great from start to the end. They are a perfect home grown business, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a roof or solar. We had our roof replaced and the crew was courteous and friendly. Roof replacement is a messy job, however they made sure to thoroughly clean up each day. Bland was not even my original solar company, that company went out of business. Bland stepped in with no problem. Price and value is top notch, they even painted the roof vents to match the roof, I've seen other roofs in my neighborhood that don't have that. Enough said, I recommend Bland 100 percent!!

I spoke with a member from Bland company regarding my initial review. They assured me that what happened to me is not something that happens often, but I understand these things happen. Although they admit to falling short on my project, Bland took swift action to rectify the situation by reimbursing me for the repair costs and assured me that they will learn from this process to prevent future incidents.

I really appreciate them reaching out to me and explaining their dedication to improving their processes as well as their commitment to customer satisfaction.

This company installed solar on my brand new home, and we moved in in June company and all we want is to hook this equipment up to PG&E and no one will get back to us and help us to get this done. They have all the info we need and won't see this through. It is beyond frustrating to be brushed aside to new people and NO ONE calls you back. Since JUNE! Don't use Bland Solar. They will not help you complete your solar install!!

What a joke. Called to get a quote for solar, reroof, and new a/c. Turns out I have to talk to 3 different people in order to accomplish a quote. I verified with whoever answered the phone, ""So, I can't talk to just one sales person to get this quote?"" ...""No, and only one of the departments is in right now ""...she responded like she could not care less. Don't bother with these people.

I'd give zero stars if I could. We bought a new house that has solar on it and getting it activated has been a nightmare. I have had to call and follow up for the past 3 months and never get calls back to follow up. 3 months and I'm still trying to get it activated. They honestly do not care to even help get it set up with SCE. We were going to have more panels added but definitely will not be doing that after the way we have been treated and ignored. I have asked for a supervisor or owner to contact me as the solar salesman absolutely did not want to help me. I doubt I will get that call without having to call them again. Just wanted to give a heads up on how this company does not communicate after a purchase.

Requested 3 microinverters to be replaced, test 5 panels, and correct the array setup. Original installer did not do this correctly. Everything was taken care of in two hours. In two days the swap testing of panels to be completed. Hopefully only two panels to be replaced. Microinverters were warranted. Great service, fast and efficient. Alex the technician was competent, his coordination woth Enphase on the phone to ID and reboot system was great.
