2 stars is too high for a company that doesn't call you back when you've contacted them for a quote. Wouldn't expect anything better if the got the job

This company doesn't have any respect for neighbours around their projects. They were doing an install on my next door neighbour's house.

They asked if they could briefly lean a solar panel against a tree in my yard. Okay, thanks for asking.
Well they took my okay as use my property however you wish.

Next thing I know, they have taken over my side yard, driveway and commandeered my trash cans.
I'm not sure why they couldn't set everything up in the yard/driveway of the house they were working on or their trash cans.

It was really rude and intrusive, not a good look for the company.

We had our solar panels scheduled to be cleaned. The appointment was confirmed a few days ahead, I left my gate unlocked and Bland Solar never showed up.
I called them and they apologized and we rescheduled for a few weeks later. This time I scheduled the cleaning for a day that I was going to be home. The day before our appointment I received a text that they were on their way. I called Bland Solar and spoke with the person in charge of scheduling their appointments to let them know that they were coming the wrong day. She assured me that my appointment was for the next day and confirmed they would be there. They never showed up the next day.

This is my second time having Bland Company come and clean my solar panels. The first visit was a great experience, I had my 20 solar panels cleaned and my husband did see an increase in productivity with the panels and we were making more energy. Also the price to clean your panels is VERY affordable.

I like to get mines cleaned quarterly because I'm in a new community where they are building houses so there are lots of dust that gets picked up and lands on my panels. The second time I scheduled for a clean, there was two panels that were missed and was not cleaned. We called and let the company know and the manager Jesse even reached out and wanted to address the issue and how they can fix it. I was quite satisfied that he was very receptive and heard me out.

Justin came back and to cleaned all the panels, saw that he really missed two panels and did my cleaning for free. He acknowledged his mistake and even took a video and pictures of what he had cleaned. He did an amazing job. We are happy that they are cleaned properly.

Thank you Jesse for hearing out your customers and Justin for coming out and cleaning it again. I'm satisfied , my husband is happy and I will continue doing my 3 cleaning a year with them.

This review is strictly based on the Yelp RFP customer service interaction I had with this business and not a reflection of any actual work performed... So I submitted a RFP that went out to 5+ random HVAC companies.  The RFP was for a summer service (routine maintenance) on my AC unit at my home that was just build in 2020, see attached image of RFP.  This company responds with ""Please contact our HVAC service department at #,"" see attached image of response.  If I wanted to utilize Yelp to find businesses to call I would have done that, but I submitted an electronic RFP to get a price.  The details provided in the RFP were sufficient to get a price, however, should additional information have been needed why not just ask.  I did receive pricing from the other companies.  Apparently this company lacks customer service and common sense.  Either way this was a red flag for me!

Lalo and Zach finished installing our solar system today and did a fantastic job! They were courteous and very helpful answering any questions and giving great input and tips on the system. They also left the site clean each day and got the system installed in 2 days and couple of hours on Saturday. Great job!

Jesse Darrah was very informative and helpful when explaining Bland's process of solar panel cleaning. Over a year ago, I purchased solar from another solar company, but the solar company didn't offer solar panel cleaning. I researched other solar panel cleaning companies, and most charge by the panel. That can get expensive if you have more than 15 panels. I live in a new construction area for homes, so my panels get extremely dirty. Jesse showed me the process Bland uses from their online videos on YouTube. After watching I had to sign up for their service panel cleaning because they had the best prices hands down. After my solar panels were clean, there was a significant increase in energy production from the solar panel cleaning. If you have any question, ask for Jesse Darrah, he can explain sign you up. In the long run, you'll be producing more energy and saving money.

Job completed and solar installed! Bland was great and the installers were top notch. Robert, Dreaa, and Steve worked their tails off and got it installed in 3 days and that was with a couple adjustments that were not expected. Please ur able experience and so excited to have solar especially with Bland leading the way

Even though I selected another company for solar Jason from Bland deserves credit for fielding all of my questions and replying with solid answers. He was the second consultant I spoke to of 6 companies and helped me to understand the industry, service and equipment. The quote I received was very competitive. Thanks Jason.

Excellent product, high production panels with independent and individual power inverters for each panel. I selected this company primarily based on the observed installation process as explained to me by Lalo, one of Bland's installers, who recommended his company to me. The finished product and amazingly clean installation on our roof was evidence that I made the right choice in solar companies. The detail given installation provided a very clean appearance to the solar panels. Other companies that I looked at did not seem to take as much pride in their work. I expect that same pride given to installation will carryover in any future followup that I may need for the system installed. I would highly recommend Bland Solar to anyone considering a more independent energy solution
