We recently had our roof redone by Bland and we also had them install Solar. Working with them has been a very easy and pleasing experience. From our initial meetings with Brett Scorci, to completion we have been very happy. We would like to shout out special thank you to Eddie, Ashley, Devin, the roofing crew and finally Mike and Steve who installed the solar. The work crews were always polite, timely and clean. I called and asked for an estimate on replacing just the compressor part of my H vac unit and he said that wasn't possible you would have to replace the whole thing, I'll send you an estimate. Long story short Kenneth Heating And Air came out and fixed the compressor that I have and said absolutely we can just replace the compressor. And gave me a quote for that also before I even heard back from this person, which I still have not!

Bland Solar is an all in one shop for roofing and Solar. I looked around and did my research with the different solar companies in the area. All the companies seemed competent enough to install the solar, but I needed a new roof and Bland offered both jobs in my budget. Additionally, Bland used higher quality roofing materials then some of the other roofing companies around. Brett in sales was very knowledgable and kept his word on all the things we agreed on, both verbally and over email. Brett made the process smooth and flawless. On the roofing side, Vito came out before the roof was installed to go over different options with replacing skylights and facia so I wasn't having to make last minute decisions. Scott was there to make sure the roofing job went smooth, and he did just that. Scott coordinated the install of all new facia, the roof and skylights. He was very flexible when things needed to be changed, and worked around all problems very easily during the process. I was very impressed with his willingness to go the extra mile to make the customer happy, which is very hard to find in a contractor these days. I would highly recommend Bland for roofing and solar!
