After suffering the effects of tennis ball size hail last month here in Garner, West of Weatherford, TX, my roof was severely damaged..On a respected neighbors recommendation, I called Jimmy with Black Tie Roofing to come check my damage....From the first initial telephone call to the completion of my project, I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism shown by this great Company...Jimmy was always 2 steps ahead of me in answering questions, explanations, scheduling, and dealing with my Insurance company, and totally oversaw the project to a smooth problem free completion.....There are your ""Fly by Night"" Roofers following the storms, your local roofers who seem to change buisness names every couple years, and then you have the ""Top Performing"" Roofing and Construction Companies....This Company sits at the very top of this Elite list....They worked within the monetary limits of my Insurance coverage, and still gave me a new upgraded roof....None of the common problems seen after work of this sort, "" nails left in yard and driveway, corners being cut, ruts in work area, bad attitude's of worker's, etc""......I made a career as a ""Travelling Construction Inspector"", paid to watch and keep control of large billion dollar project's, and represent the Owner's interest's....To ""Ride for the Brand"".....From what I saw, Jimmy is another that 'Rides for the Brand', he represent's his Company well....If you want a job done well, hire a Professional, you'll have fewer regret's.....

If I could give Black Tie six stars, believe me, I would. I've never seen anything like their level of customer service and professionalism in the construction industry before. From start to finish, they were a joy to work with.

Last August, our roof was damaged in the big hail storm that passed through the metroplex. On a friend's recommendation, we contacted Black Tie. Their rep came out and met with our insurance adjuster to do the walkthrough. He handled virtually everything. The insurance company came back with an extremely lowball approval and he walked us through how to appeal it and get a new adjuster. He then met with the new adjuster, spending a significant amount of his time getting us approved for what needed to be done.

Finally, when the ""joy"" of working with the insurance company was over, it was time to schedule the project. He helped us with colors and materials, etc. and got the construction day on the books.

Once the day finally arrived, he and his team could not have been more thorough. They covered everything in the yard that was even remotely fragile to protect it, including the whole swimming pool. They were extremely courteous as they worked. We barely knew they were here. They even stopped and took a moment to bolt a fence plank back on that had been down since long before they got there.

Next came the gutters. Same experience. They knocked everything out in record time and with absolutely no hassle on our end.
