Black Diamond Roofing installed my roof in October 2020. Dealing with Sunny and Monique could not have been more pleasant. The work was completed as promised at a good price and on time and the clean up amazing. All the employees were very nice.

This company went above and beyond for our roofing job. By far had the best quote for us and even fixed the extra siding/ gutters that needed some patching. All the workers were extremely nice and worked hard to clean up the 3 roofs they had to tear off first before installing the new one. Great job guys, I'm even having them do my in-laws house next.

Rudolfo, the owner is a good listener and made suggestions to give me a vented roof ready for solar panels. They did the job in 2 days! Be very cautious when using this company. We were on the Richmond Bridge today and one of their employees dropped a bucket of nails from the back of the work truck. It caused at least 15 cars to have flat tires. The driver of the truck took off from the scene. CHP came and followed through on the report. I called the main office to see what they were going to do about the incident. She was telling me that I needed to contact cal trans to see about how to get reimbursed for the tow and new tires, as all four of my tires were flat. They took zero responsibility for the incident. The truck had many of their business cards from this company and roofing supplies in the back. They made many excuses that the driver is a independent contractor, that this wasn't their work truck, look at the picture I posted he is wearing a Black Diamond shirt, but not their employee? funny when I asked if those were the company supplies in the truck she wouldn't respond. I would definitely look into dealing with a more honest and professional company. It's very suspicious of a person just taking off from a scene and leaving the truck running. They

I can't say enough about Black Diamond Roofing. They were referred to me by SolarCity. They did an amazing job re-roofing my home. The crew was fast, clean and respectful. It took them 4 days to re-roof my home. They did an incredible job cleaning up each day. Michael and the rest of the crew were extremely hard working, nice, and informative throughout the process.
I would give them 6 stars if I could.

We were referred to this roofer by Solar City, since we had problems with the roof that we wanted to address prior to getting our solar panels. Monique was very responsive in the office. She sent a detailed proposal, quickly answered our questions, and worked to get us reflective shingles that would keep the roof cooler. Their crew was professional, polite, and prompt, and the entire project was done well and on time. They even saved us money by not replacing some barge rafters that looked like they might be rotten, but turned out to only need repainting, and they refunded us the money that they saved us.
Sonny, the crew leader, was great at communicating by phone and email, and he explained everything well. They also installed gutter and a downspout for us on one section of roof. We love our new roof and we were pleased with every aspect of the work.
We were also pleased with the price, since it was less than we expected for the scope of the work. Overall highly recommended!

This roofing company was very responsive in answering my questions before any work was preformed. After my roof work was preformed and my check was cashed, I stopped getting responses. I asked for a roof report after the work was preformed, I called once and sent 3 emails with no response.

I wouldn't use this company as they seem to forget about you as soon as you pay. I'm still waiting on a response from email number 3, I'll update my review accordingly if I ever get anything back.
