Lee M.Not terribly impressed with the company. Have one owner that uses subcontractors. The guys that paint are nice, but work in a nice home is sub standard. Paint matches were not done correctly. If the sheen was right, then the color didn't match and vise versa. Missed mudding things that were instructed to be done and just painted over issues, latex paint was used for touch ups when initial coat was oil based, brush strokes and stippling from roller on cabinet doors and trim work, areas that were air brushed did not have the surroundings papered well and paint was sprayed on glass, paper was not placed on floors and paint/mud was tracked on flooring, sloppy mud work led to poor look when area was painted over, poor spraying of shelves and drawers done at shop and hidden until job was paid. Discovered the shelf issue after they left.
Owner did at first easily communicate and try to fix issues, then he seemed to become frustrated with getting called back to the job to correct things they didn't do, and/or had done wrong. Things still are not done but tired of dealing with the owner and substandard work.
If you have a house of much value that demands a decent level of painting/mudding, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
