Bird's Eye Roofing is one of the most reliable and dependable roofing companies in the industry. I have worked with dozens of others over the last 2 decades of me being a local Realtor, that was over when I found Bird's Eye Roofing several years ago.
I have complete peace of mind, if there are any roofing issues with a client. I can always pick up the phone and get scheduled right away, and I can always count on Bird's Eye to do a great job. They have my clients best interest at heart, no matter how big or small of a job.
The company also does an outstanding job working with the insurance companies.
They are locally owned and staffed by friendly knowledgeable professionals. I'm also helping to support a small business.

Bird's Eye Roofing is great--I would definitely recommend them. I've had pipe boots replaced, chimney flashing and chimney cap repair, and recently had a ridge vent replaced. I've met the owner, and several members of the staff--very knowledgeable, personable, and they have very competitive pricing (better than most, and I've had as many as 5-10 other quotes). They are the one I always go with for any type of roof repair.

I've used Birdseye Roofing twice. They are so quick to respond and don't try to oversell you on a new roof. Both times they came out, quickly repaired some damaged spots I'd already found...checked the entire roof, repaired and were on their way. One time they found one additional spot that was clearly an issue with photo drone evidence. The next time after a thorough review they only had to address the spot I was aware of. Live that they aren't trying to take me nor my insurance company for a ride!!

Roof repair companies are notorious for gouging customers. So, I was prepared for another beating when I called about a leak. Several things caught me right away.

First, they answered the phone. How many times do you call a repair company and get voicemail? Then it's a game of tag to actually speak to someone.

Then, when the estimator got here, he did a thorough inspection. He got up in my attic and walked around checking the leak, and other possible issues I might encounter. He got up on the roof and did the same. He then came down and we discussed the leak, along with several other issues that needed attention. We agreed on what work needed to be done now, and what we could schedule for later.

Finally, the crew arrived on the day and time scheduled. I didn't have to call anybody and chase them down. They did the work in the time estimated, and provided me with photographs of the finished product.

The way they handled themselves so professionally, I can say with confidence that I am looking forward to the next heavy rain.

Have to recommend Birds Eye Roofing (770)744-3358 for the GREAT A++ job they just finished on my roof. They also put in 4 new skylights and fixed a number of small problems I had on the roof. Very professional. On time, courteous, excellent clean-up and follow up. I am an ""educated consumer"" and the owner Calvin Cook gave me all the information I needed to choose his company. Love the written guarantees that go with the roof and the ""before"" aerial pictures that highlight his explanations. Very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience with Bird's Eye Roofing. Very professional, straightforward and honest from the beginning to the very end. We've had several rains since completing the repairs, and all is holding well. When we need a total roof replacement, we will be calling them first.

Bird's Eye Roofing (BER) is a very young and immature company. If you have a complex project or potential for additional work to be completed, we do not recommend BER. Brandon and Calvin talk a great game, but when it comes to the details and more complex issues, things start to fall apart. The project is not closely monitored as they claim, and it takes a lot of effort on your part to keep things moving. BER removed essential pieces from our roof and failed to ensure no water would get in while they waited for a third party to provide the metal roof coverings they knew were needed prior to pulling old pieces off. My question: why pull old pieces off if it was going to be a 2-3 week waiting period for new pieces? Why didnt Brandon or Calvin inspect the work to ensure proper sealing and protection was done? This oversight and failure on their part exposed our home to a significant amount of rain damage which was completely preventable. When it came time for final payment (which we turned over all but 1 check sent directly to us as we received them - which was not asked for or required), Brandon decided to file a lien on our home vs work with us and the mortgage company to release final payment. I coordinated a three way call with our mortgage company and Brandon where BER was informed what was required and I followed up with an email recapping the call. Brandon replied to the email he understood, but continues to fail to provide the required document the mortgage company needs to protect their asset and you, the homeowner. Even worse, we are personal friends with Calvin - and he never once picked up the phone to discuss with us before Brandon began threatening us with a lien on our home. Business is business - but is this the type of business you want working on your project?

I would highly recommend Bird's Eye. Calvin and Brandon were so easy to work with. They patiently helped us navigate the Insurance company and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. Once scheduled, they arrived on time, personally supervised the crew, took great care to minimize damage to our property during the removal and installation and completed the very large job in one day. Give them a call! You'll be glad you did!

Bird's Eye Roofing replaced the roof of our house. Calvin was very knowledgeable when addressing our concerns and answering our questions. He helped us with the insurance inspection, claim process, and ultimately with the shingle color selection (the hardest part!). The roof was completed nicely, professionally, and with great cleanup. After the roof, they came back to install new gutters which look great.  All projects were well done. We are very satisfied with their work and the entire process. We'll turn to Bird's Eye again with our future roof/gutter needs and will refer our friends!
