After our roof experienced storm damage, the insurance company took 5 months to complete the claim. This required myltiple cycles of submitting and resubmitting photo evidence and requests to supplement their original low balled offer. Chris H. was instumental in helping me deal with the insurance company and navigate the claim process. The crew arrived early in the morning and performed a full tear off, replaced decking and facia and painted to match. Next, they installed a new roof, vents, drip edge, etc.. The crew was polite, worked hard, and completed everything in 1.5 days. I was pleasantly suprised by their cleanup. They did a very nice job. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Chris at Bird Creek Roofing to friends and neighbors.

One of your employees was driving very aggressive and tried to run me off the road on Mopac. All because I got in front of him when merging onto the highway.

I called this am to get an estimate, they said someone would call me. At 2:15 I got a call saying someone was on the way. Not even calling to set up a time for the estimate, then an hour later another call saying he would be here in 15 minutes. he did not arive, so I called him 10 Minutes later and told and told him to forget it, the guy said I am right here outside, ( he was lying since I have cameras around my house, I see everything) he was not outside my home. When I called he tried to tell me his GPS sent him to Harker Heights, really? well not my problem. But hey, there is no street in Harker hights named the same as my street.Look if you call someone you should arrive in a reasonable time not 1 hour 25 minutes, later, the customers time is important too. Most reviews praise this company, but one indicated they did seriously poor work, and posted pictures of mismatched shingles, so maybe the guy that did that work was the same guy that called me. Any way if you say you will be somewhere within a certain time, be there. Would you believe that someone came to my door at about 3:30, and I ignored them, because I do not open the door, if I don't know you, or don't have any appointment with you. The guy walked back to his truck, then came back and left a bag of black Rifle coffee, and a black rifle coffee mug at my door step. I know it was from this company because they attacked a Birdcreek tag to the coffee bag with a business card from: Marshall Brown. Nice mug, but I threw it and the coffee in the trash. Look when I tell you to take a walk, because you waisted my time, I mean just that, don't come to my door and ring the bell, and then leave stuff that I have to throw away, this is creepy, almost stocking,this is wasting more of my time, ( having to dispoise of this stuff) and this can also be considered harrrasement which is against the law.

I live in Austin and needed a new roof. I got a recommendation from my sister who had used them and liked them. I called and liked the work they did. I called and Eddie Willis arrived. He did a detailed inspection and gave me an estimate for the roof on my house and shed and gutters for the house.
Due the pandemic shortage and supply chain disruptions, we had to wait about two months to get the roof. when construction began, Eddie showed up with the crew and supervised the replacement. I told my wife it looked like a bunch of ants on the roof! Eddie's crew was fantastic.. They were super fast and efficient, doing the roof replacement on the shed and house in one day! It's a FANTASTIC job. It is EXACTLY what we ordered and they painted the roof vents before they left. I've had so many neighbors comment on how good it looks. Eddie stayed in contact with us and the gutters were replaced in short order. The color matched the house exactly.
Eddie and his company did a beautiful, fast job for us.
My wife and I have completely re-done our house and Eddie's part was the least problem we have had. He fought the insurance company (Hartford) who fought us every step of the way. Eddie took so much pressure away from us. Again, his part was the easiest part of our remodel. I HEARTEDLY RECOMMEND BIRDCREEK ROOFING.

Like many of us, I had hail damage from the storm in March. I reached out to a bunch of roofers, but none compared to Bird Creek.

I get so annoyed by companies that offer online forms of communication and just reply with ""please call us"". I am on the phone all day at work and Scott was so easy to reach via email or text.

Scott explained the insurance process, gave me a fair quote, and had a crew at my place on time.

I was very pleased with their work and have recommended them to my neighbors!
