I was ready for a roof replacement on my house in Chico and I did get two bids already. One came in right away offering me the most expensive, top of the line warranty while the other took a few phone calls to get someone to actually come out and give an estimate. While remodeling my kitchen this summer, I asked my contractor ( who is highly respected in the Chico area) for a roofing contractor referral. He said there is only one his company uses anymore and that is Bippus Roofing. I called and left a message and within a couple of hours, Matt Bippus called me back. He was in the area and said he would stop by that afternoon. He examined my roof, and actually told me I could wait a year or two to replace it. Wow, really? I was very impressed with his knowledge, years of experience and low key approach. He explained what he would do and didn't ""upsell"" at all, which I appreciated. I decided Bippus was the company for me and although it took a few months on their schedule to get it done, I am very pleased with the job. Matt was easy to communicate with and always answered any questions I had. All of his workers were knowledgeable, courteous and cleaned up after. I highly recommend Bippus Roofing.

I was given a fair estimate without delay, but their crews were busy. I was told when they could start and they started when they said. The work was carried straight through and I got a call when they uncovered something unexpected. As it turned out, they finished the job at no extra expense. The work was good and the communication was even better.

After our roof and gutters blew off during a severe windstorm I called 4 roofing companies. I received estimates from 3. The other two felt it was good business to call me with their bid. When it came time for the Bippus bid I got a phone call from Matt asking if I was busy and if he could come over with my bid. He came over with his bid along with color samples, came in and sat and had a cup of coffee and explained what he planned for my home repairs right down to the last detail. Anytime I had a question I found him to be very attentive. His employees display the same type of dedication to their jobs. They are all very hardworking and very courteous and willing to help and to listen. I guess I can sum it all up by saying ""GO AHEAD AND HIRE THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!
