TLDR: DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY. I hate leaving bad reviews for companies, but they have left me no other options at this point, so hoping this encourages some sort of response from this company. Bill Walther roofing installed a new roof on my home summer of 2019. They were a little sloppy with clean up in my yard, but overall I was pleased with the experience. Good price, looked great, and no issues. After Hurricane Sally made landfall in September 2020, I noticed a small area of water damage on my ceiling. Because my roof was still under warranty, I placed a tarp on the roof and contacted Bill Walther to come assess for damage. I understand roofing companies are extremely busy post-hurricanes, but it was impossible to even get them on the phone. I'm not demanding next day service, I would just like a call back. After calling and leaving messages about every 2 weeks, I finally got an employee to call me back and come assess my roof in JANUARY. He stated the only repairs needed were a couple damaged shingles that would be covered under warranty, and he would send someone out that week to replace them. I never heard from him again. I have again left messages every 2-3 weeks for the past FIVE MONTHS attempting to get a date scheduled for this repair, and have never heard anything back. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, unless you want to feel stranded in limbo waiting for the disappearing staff to call you back. I will update this review with better rating IF and WHEN I ever get a response from them.

I am writing this review with roofers over my head as I type. I hired Bill Walther roofing under tight circumstances. In a divorce with financing waiting in the wings. Wayne Wilson got right on my project and did an outstanding job getting my roof done. The crew left roll roofing on my crickets which did not look good. Wayne sent his men back out here 3 weeks later to make it right because he knew I was unhappy. What else can you ask from a company? They handle themselves with integrity and professionalism throughout the process. I have and will always recommend Bill Walther roofing

Bill is an extremely rude, & very sexist person. I didn't use him for my home but I handled a customer's account that used him and had to deal with Bill directly. He tries to belittle you, speaks to you like you're incompetent and constantly threatens to put a lean on your property unless he gets paid right then in there. The whole reason he hadn't been paid for that account yet was because his crew left this woman's house in disarray with wires and boards hanging from the roof. We had photographic evidence and he still demanded pay or a lean was going up the next day. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Very unprofessional, and quite frankly is a .

I selected Bill Walther Roofing to remove and replace my home's roof after having seen a job he had completed in my subdivision (Jaimee's Ridge, Milton). I highly recommend this contractor!!

The work was performed with precision, and the resulting roof looks great. The crews were professional, courteous, and respectful of my property. Despite the amount of debris produced by removal of the old roof, the area around my home is as clean as when they started.

The work performed by Bill Walther Roofing Inc. far exceeded all of my expectations. My new roof is beautiful and my home is once again watertight. Thank You Chuck and kudos to your great crews and foreman.

Very poor customer service. Still waiting to find out when they are going to do our roof. Doesn't return phone calls. More than likely going to go with a different roofer just based on the terrible communication.

This licensed contractor was by far the best of four bids I obtained to re-roof my home. Started work on the day promised, and worked 10-hour days until completed. The crew was professional, courteous, and respectful of my property, removing debris continually to minimize the impact of construction.

The work was performed with precision, and the resulting roof looks great. Despite the amount of debris produced by removal of the old roof, the area around my home is as clean as when they started. And I saved $800-$2100 over the other three quotes.

This contractor far exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend.
