Honest, helpful, and timely help for roof repairs.
I am buying a home, and the insurance company says it is not insurable. I contacted Bill through a colleague's recommendation. He responded quick, and gave me straight forward comments, and would rather fit in his busy schedule and came for a check. He also suggested minimal cost solution. Definitely a trust worthy roofer.

Bill was referred to us by another roofing company that could not fix our roof due to the steep slope. We needed our vent caps sealed because we had previously had a leak and it was not properly repaired by our original roofer. So happy we found Bill! I keep meaning to write a review so this is long overdue. We knew we had issues with our flashing around the chimney when we moved in (it was on the inspection report). We first called Acura Roofing and after hearing what we needed done they referred us to Bill Powers. Bill was an honest, straightforward, hardworking guy that really left us feeling confident that we wouldn't have any issues with water leaking into the attic or behind the siding. Very reasonably priced too :) We would highly recommend Bill for any and all roofing jobs, great guy!

We were really excited to purchase our new home! Until the insurance company called to say our roof needed some repairs. I didn't really see anything wrong with the roof but I'm no roofer, so I called around to get some estimates. Bill Powers was prompt with his communication, gave me what I considered a fair price, and was able to squeeze me into his schedule pretty quickly considering I had a deadline to meet with my insurance company. He was even willing to talk to the insurance company directly to discuss whatever issues may still be lingering, as he did not feel the roof needed repair either (maybe I AM a roofer!).

I had a badly leaking skylight in a home I just purchased, and with every rain storm, the leak only seemed to get worse and worse.
I called around, and I was pointed to Bill Powers Roofing, since he was closest to my home, and came highly recommended.
I thought the job would take days, if not weeks, but after Mr. Powers had ordered in the necessary materials and showed up, I had a skylight with new flashing and new shingles (to replace the ones that had to be removed) within four hours. And the price of the repair was very reasonable, especially for the work done.
Several torrential rainstorms, and not a single, solitary drop.
Bill Powers does excellent work, and I will definitely call him again anytime I need roof repair or work done.

We got a new roof from Holden roofing about 2 yrs ago; however during this last rainfall our breakfast nook leaked. Bill came over to check it out, he showed us that the way the tiles were laid out on the edges the rain was flowing under them (which you could see once he pointed that out). He gave us a very cheap price to re-tile that section and re-calk around the vent. Bill was going out of town, but Charles came over later that week and did an outstanding job (and the price was exactly what Bill quoted). Bill came by afterwards too just to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Excellent customer service, very affordable, and top-notch work.
