The owner and president of Bill Jones Repairs & Reroofs Inc, William (Bill) E. Jones, has extensive experience in the roofing industry. He began his journey in roofing in 1975, working part-time for a Naples roofing company after school and on weekends. He later moved to full-time employment. With experience from local roofing companies in Naples, his drive and independence enabled him to start his own roofing company. He received his county and state roofing certifications in 1982, coinciding with his high school graduation, and has been going strong ever since.
Since I received my roofing license in 1982, I have aimed to offer high-quality products at competitive prices. We focus on roof installation, reroofs, and repairs for residential and commercial properties. As a locally-owned business in Naples, FL, I understand that our success over the past 30+ years is linked to our customers' satisfaction. Muffy G.We received an estimate from Bill Jones Roofing that was below my contractor's cost to re-roof my brother's villa in Lely. As it was a shared structure I had to go with his estimate as the neighbor would not accept my contractor's bid. I was promised an August date of completion. The project did not commence until mid September-first because of a shingle shortage-even though my contractor gave them his order of shingles, then repeated delays due to rain and Covid. When I would call their office, all I got was excuses. I had to reschedule a closing on the sale of this property three times due to their continual delays and excuses and lack of communication from Mr. Jones and no compensation. He further delayed the final closing by not posting the county certification in a timely manner. Do not recommend.
