Bill Hamilton's fast moving crew completed a roof replacement on my house in Campbell in less than 3 days. The job went well and passed inspection with absolutely no problems. The site manager was willing to work with me to coordinate with an electrician to connect the new attic fan. The house looks great and there is a 10 year warranty on the roof. Highly recommended!

We hired Bill's firm on a recommendation to do some roof repairs. They inspected the roof and explained the work to be done. They were some flashing work and some roof insulation that needed replacing. They cleaned the roof, gutters, checked for exposed nails, made repairs, checked chimney etc. The work they performed seemed thorough and the roofers called back to check if there were any concerns. Overall it was a seamless experience from the start to end

The job was a larger apartment building in Burlingame with a flat roof. After hearing bad reviews about another company that was recommended, I contacted Bill Hamilton Roofing, who was referred to me by a roofer that does not service San Mateo Co. The job was flawless. The discovered dry rot upon removing the old roof and recommended extra insulation to avoid condensation from the ceiling in the winter. They were at the job site on time every day and left the property cleaner then when they arrived. Only a 1 day delay do to the extra work and an extra day for clean up. The project manager and staff were very responsive and keep me informed through out the week.

Still 5 stars After many years. no problems with the roof they put on. We sold the house and bought a new one which had a less than perfect inspection. I sent Steve A the report and fully excepted to engage for the job. He came out, inspected the roof and said there was nothing to worry about. Best yet, he did not charge me for his troubles since we were a repeat customer. So I can't say enough about them.

We used Bill Hamilton roofing after getting three quotes; theirs was the lowest price and upon calling references, we learned that Bill has a reputation for honesty, efficiency, fine craftsmanship, and friendliness. All that was born out on our job. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Hired Bill Hamilton Roofing to replace my roof. Did a good job but now that there is a problem they do not return phone calls. I have called 7 straight days. I leave messages to call me back and you have to wonder: what good is a warranty if there is no service?

Signed the work authorization form for them for simple shingle repair. Still do not hear from their roofer to schedule appointment after following up 5 times via email and phone. Do not waste your time on them. Find someone else.

I hope this company is more considerate and thoughtful to its customers than they are to their neighbours here on Harrison Ave in Campbell.... Last night they had their yard open after 9pm and were unloading big trucks that used our driveway to back up into their yard while having their BEEPING back up horn waking up and disturbing US... I wish they would obey the operational hours of their business and not be so disrespectful to the surrounding neighbours.

We contacted this roofer a half-dozen times during a month. The webform on their website didn't work for us as the message bounced. Leaving messages with their phone lines were often not responded promptly (over several business days). We left messages multiple times with their estimator (S.A.) without callbacks. We finally gave up trying to get an estimate from Hamilton after all this frustration. Certainly won't be redoing our roof.
