Inspection services arranged by my realtor were good but follow-up on a subsequent repair request went unanswered. Called several times, spoke with receptionist - she was helpful but they never followed through. Don't waste your time.

Interesting, I look at Bill Hamilton Roofing reviews and I see a lot of one star and a lot of 5 stars. OK, I am a Realtor and own multiple rental units in the area. I had a minor issue with a leak on a newer roof that Bill Hamilton did 3 years ago. Called the office, had a, let's call it a misunderstanding with the office. I contacted the owner, Bill Hamilton directly, he was out of town, made one phone call and they immediately made the repair to the roof, no charge. So, I am revising my review from a 1 Star to a 5 Star based upon the actions of Bill Hamilton and their follow up. We all may make a mistake, I know I do, but, it's how you handle your 'mistake' that gives you the reputation. Thank you Bill Hamilton Roofing for doing the right thing. This is the worst roofing job I have had in the homes I've purchased over the last 5 years. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

What I was quoted for time and cost wasn't right at all. I had to have my Relator go to the office to get it resolved.

6 months later I called because it was under warranty and we found a leak near electrical work. I called over and over with no return call. They just don't want to hold up to the warranty.

Above all of that the roof looks horrible compared to other tile roofs I see around the neighborhood. I would NEVER recommend them for quality, efficiency, or reliability.

We are very happy with our new roof from Bill Hamilton roofing. They were a pleasure to work with and the result is beautiful. Eric Johnsen was very friendly and courteous when he first came to give us an estimate. Ron Lopez was incredibly helpful and explained everything to us and worked with us to plan a schedule that would be convenient for us. All of the employees seemed very professional and hard-working. We love our new roof.

Don't try them if you just want a repair apparently. I called last week and talked to a very sweet gal who set an estimate up for me the following week.......never showed. I called and was told by the same gal that the manager was on the phone and would call me back.......waited a couple of hours.....no call back. So I called them again and was told that he was still on the phone and that he had made sure he had the right number for me and would be calling me shortly.........Day later and still no call.
I don't have a problem with being told they can't do it but at least call back and let me know that so I can move on.
I hope others are more fortunate with this company.

Bill Hamilton Roofing recently replaced the roof on our home. They were a great contractor to work with. The estimator was right on time. The job got postponed a couple of times due to the weather and other factors, but when the day came to start the job, the tear off crew was there right on time and completed the job exactly in the quoted time and cleaned up everything. Except for the missing roof, you'd never would have known they were there. Then the roofing crew came in and immediately started on the reroof and finished ahead of schedule. They whole job started on Monday morning and by Wednesday at noon it was completely done at the quoted price. During the job, they broke a gutter, notified us and then repaired it automatically. During the post inspection we were concerned that one of the other gutters had been pulled away from the house. No, problem, they sent the gutter crew back out the next day to fix it. They took care of the permit and all the dealings with the building inspector as well. At each step of the way the project coordinator in the office kept us in the loop and updated on the schedule changes. And once on site, the on site coordinator was great to work with as well. Highly recommended.

Several years ago we had an IB roof installed by another roofer. It was a complete disaster--13 leaks in the first year alone. With one problem after another, we finally gave up on the lifetime warranty from that company. We just wanted our brand new roof to stop leaking! We found Bill Hamilton Roofing through our general contractor. They have been fantastic. They put a new roof on our detached garage (which had not been re-done previously), peeled back the IB roof and re-secured it when we needed to replace facia on the house, and have made repairs to the original roofing work. The work by Bill Hamilton Roofing has been highly competent and everyone has been courteous, but they recently demonstrated their strong commitment to customer service. Just before Christmas it was raining heavily, and our roof leaked. We called late in the afternoon (almost 5 p.m.) on a Monday. Someone answered and got all of the information. The next morning, a crew arrived. They found three gaps in the IB weld from the original roofing job and fixed it right up. That they were available near the holidays and when there were probably lots of calls due to heavy rain, especially when they were repairing work they did not originally do, struck me as going above and beyond. Bill Hamilton Roofing earns 5 stars in every way, hands down!

Absolutely the worst customer service of any service organization I've had the pleasure of trying to deal with. Despite 5 calls, and assurances that they would return my call, they didn't. I see others have voiced similar complaints. I should have reviewed Yelp beforehand. Lesson learned. Give how poor their customer service is, I would not expect these guys to be in business long and would never give them my business.

I had BHR provide and estimate for my dad's house. We agreed on terms then days later BHR changed the start date by 2 weeks, so I took my business elsewhere. I asked that my $1,000.00 deposit be returned ASAP. I was told that it would be returned with in week, :-). As of 9/29/15 I hadn't received my deposit so I called and spoke with Vicky. She told me that they had sent the check to my dad's house on 09/19/15. I told her that I had told their estimator that my dad had passed away, I had stopped all mail, and that I provided their estimator with my address for the billing address. Vicky told me that when the Post Office returns the check (whenever that may be) they will forward it onto me. The only option offered was that instead of waiting, I could pay $30.00 to put a stop on the check, really? I guess they think this was my fault. This is my $30.00 comment.
