Follow up from my February 7 review. I have decided to contact the San Leandro police about a BT Roof truck at the residents home 14978 Western Ave in San Leandro blocking the sidewalk. I was hoping the receptionist would have made some effort to ask their employee to not to block the sidewalk with the company truck. Tried to do the right thing to keep peace in the neighborhood. I tried.

I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know what a professional, ethical and detailed Project Manager you have in Paul Hemsath.

Paul came to my apartment building on Wed, June 05 to survey and assess the 7-unit building for a brand new roof. Paul was extremely organized and focussed. After the assessment, Paul explained in detail what he found. In addition, I believe he found the answer to a leak just under the building exterior which was invaluable.

Paul pointed out many ""fix items"" that we already knew about and explained how his roofers would go about fixing in the most efficient, cost-saving way.
This gentleman was a pleasure to talk with and I totally trust his judgment. Looking forward to moving forward after some logistics are worked out.

I came home to this company making repairs at the complex where I live. They parked unmarked vehicles in mine and my neighbors parking spaces. There were two workers sitting right in front of where I walk to my unit eating their lunch. They wouldn't move so as I was unloading groceries I had to step over them. When I came up a moment later to take the trash out one of them was urinating in the bushes in front of my garage. I am not sure about the quality of their work, but their staff is disgusting rude and threatening. When I asked the worker not to urinate in the bushes he asked what I was going to do. They also took all their work supplies and had they spread all over without any regard for all the residents entries to their homes.
