Bigfoot Roofing & Construction
Company Overview
We started with a goal to be the top roofing company in Northeast Florida. Over the years, we have expanded significantly, not from clever advertising or marketing tactics, but because we believe that proper practices and fair treatment of our clients ensure our success. More than half of our clients come from referrals by satisfied friends and neighbors. By selecting our services, you will receive customized attention from the beginning to the end. We are fully licensed roofing contractors in Florida and carry complete workers' compensation and general liability insurance. We hold a building contractor license as well, but we concentrate all our efforts on becoming the finest roofing contractors possible. We feel that our building contractor license sets us apart from other roofing companies in the region, especially when it comes to replacing damaged plywood or trusses.

Recommended Customer Reviews

I hired Bigfoot Roofing after Hurricane Matthew damaged my roof. Lance was great and the crew that put my new roof on was top notch. Jobsite was cleaned and not a speck of trash was left on the ground. I would recommend Bigfoot to anyone. The price was great and the materials used was exactly what I asked for

We signed a contract with Bigfoot Roofing in December for replacement of a our roof damaged in hurricane Michael and paid a $5000.00 deposit. On February 11th, one day before their third promised start date, they called and said that they would not do our roof because their crew refused to work on a three story house.
They kept our money for 8 weeks and returned it without interest. During this period, we were forced to evacuate our home due to worsening conditions from the leaking roof.
This fiasco has set our reconstruction schedule back 8 weeks.
Lance did a great job of selling the project and John did a great job of destroying it. It would seem advisable for John to seek a different career path.
Their actions in this matter has been despicable, and it will undoubtedly continue as long as they sell jobs they don't intend on completing and they allow their crews to determine their future business.

We have a case against Mr. Kyle Maxwell with the State of Florida Department of Professional License and Regulations and we can't disclose anything else. But Ken on your side is very interested in our case. Hire at your own risk!
And the BBB wants us to pay them to mediate the case, so that just simply funny.
