I needed a second opinion and evaluation of a roof. Hence I hired this company.
Nick was my point of contact and he promptly followed up with me to understand my unconventional requirement and over various texts and phone calls he went out of the way to work with my schedule and Jerry was there first thing the next morning.
They charged me a very nominal fee and gave me what I thought was a very clear evaluation.
Being a contractor myself , I recommend these guys without any reservations for your roofing needs.

Nick Olsen, Owner is not only experienced and knowledgeable, he is a good communicator and a trusted resource. I am a Realtor® and my clients and I need a roof inspector they can rely on to be honest and dependable. Nick and his team do good work and provide reports that are very useful for the seller and buyer. Jerry just made some fairly extensive repairs to our own roof and was just as competent with explanations, communication and quality of work. He even put a really solid coat of primer on the boards he used to repair the dry rot as our painter was not able to paint them immediately and that got us through some rainy days without a problem.
