Steve is unprofessional and rude. This is serious stuff for a person, and rather than treating your home and this work with respect, he seems to think you need him more and takes advantage of that once under contract. He regularly breaks commitments and service expectations. I wouldnt trust Steve or his team with any of my projects again. If you're going to hire him in the future, do yourself a favor and hire a lawyer too.

Steve came out to do an inspection and I've never met a more arrogant or condescending person in my life. He talked down to me the entire time he was here and was then shocked when I didn't call him back. Today he sent out another person in an attempt to get my business. I told him my insurance wouldn't pay and he then told me that my insurance is great and that I'm the problem. I let him know he could get the F off of my property.

For any roof repair, Steve at Big Texas Roofing is a top pro. His inspections are very thorough and he photographs any proposed repairs to be made. He has worked on my roof three times with one being an extensive repair, and always does a great job. Very good value for the quality of work.
