I found Big Tex Roofing from Google and decided to go with them based on their reviews. Sadly I did not have a 5 star experience with this company and would be extremely careful on providing Paul the owner with money up front. I had 2 roof leaks that I discussed with the owner and he completed one leak and promised to come back the following Wednesday to repair the second leak. He did not come and I reached out to be rescheduled which he did not show up to either. 3 more times of rescheduling when he could come later and I am finally dropping this review. Big believer in supporting good companies and putting my money towards those companies. Cheers to my first one star review of a company. Will consider changing review if company makes right by their promises.

The Owner of Big Tex roofing came out and checked my roof he assured me he would come and talk to the insurance adjuster the next morning if I set it up. Well the insurance agent came and he here about 15 mins. I decided to call Paul back of Big Tex, I told him the guy was here waiting. Paul said he was on his way. Well that didn't happen I was left not knowing how to explain things to the agent and an empty claim. Thanks for nothing Big Tex Roofing.
