My house had a tree fall on my roof and cause extensive damages. I reached out to Big House construction and Matt came right out to help with all my needs. He got a tree company with a crane come out within hours to remove tree and then Matt's guys tarped it up before rainfall the next day. He then referred me to a public adjuster to help me with my insurance claim. What a relief it was for me having Big House and the adjuster work together to get things done and completed. Our insurance claim also took awhile to settle and Matt was very patient and supportive throughout the whole process. He is very professional, organized and always answered all my questions on the construction process. Big House did everything from reframing and shingling roof, new hvac install/ cleaning ducts , removing old insulation and adding new insulation, painting, fixing damaged areas of exterior house, garage door install, chimney repair etc. Everyone on Big House team did an amazing job and that says a lot from me as I'm super critical. Communication was always immediate and quality of work far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be using them again for all future projects.

This review is for Joe Boone (overall, for everything as a whole done), and Jeremy Loftin and his team for the interior once it was completely gutted. My house had been looking worse and worse until Big House Construction stepped in. I had two holes in my roof/ceiling, and the first person that was supposed to come put me off for almost two months, so I switched to them. Joe really went above and beyond explaining things to me and communicating with me, which I feel is very rare. You can tell he cares about what he does. He never missed a beat, and completed one thing to the next. He was VERY professional and organized. He did fantastic. Since different people did different things, Jeremy was in charge of putting together the back rooms after they were completely gutted, and I am very very happy with them. I wanted bright colors, and the flooring before was not my favorite. Now, I absolutely love it. The interior was rebuilt in a matter of days which is incredible. Now everything is new and fresh and it looks better than it did in the first place. VERY highly recommend. (Included is a picture of the house completely covered by the trees before!)
