They seem polite, and talk a good game, but are much better suited for small indoor work. On a bigger outdoor job they seemed a bit clueless, and were unable to complete the project for anywhere close to their initial bid - they wanted almost 40% more AFTER demolition

I did an entire home Remodel after a flood in my place. I got 3 bids and decided to go with Big Build. The main things I would like to say is that I am very satisfied and that Jonathan and his team were very responsive and flexible. I am not the least bit handy, but my brother in law is, and he is also very particular, so Jonathan @ Big Build had to deal with a committee of 3 people (Me, my Sister and my BiL) who did not always agree or say the same thing, yet he managed to listen to and work with everyone and was flexible enough to deal with that difficult situation where he had 3 people with different opinions directing his work. I found him pleasant, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I recommend Big Build highly.

Horrible, completely dishonest, I would look elsewhere. This contractor came highly recommend so we were expecting someone with integrity. Instead he tried to increase the price of the job by 30% after already doing demo. He then left the job and told us to find someone else. On top of that he lied and said that we had fired him. We had another contractor finish the job, and it was clear Big Build was just scamming us.

Jonathan and his team worked on the reno of our living spaces; I am *so* pleased with the work they did and in the timely manner it was conducted. Jonathan is a consummate professional and did an excellent job of directing all of his team (flooring installation, tiling, counter installation, appliance/toilet installation, drywall, painting) for things to flow easily without much/any direction from me.

There were several times where I just didn't have an opinion or knowledge to know how I wanted to ""finish"" things or was unable to come to a decision. I appreciated that Jonathan could recognize this, and offered suggestions/options for me to consider (and his helpful suggestions started even before I hired him - which honestly helped me select the flooring brand I went with and counters).

I also would occasionally miscalculate how much material I needed and they would just magically appear. People talk about renos being stressful, but with Jonathan managing it that was just not my experience at all.

He was cognizant of us ""living through the reno"" and scheduled his team so that our downtime was minimal. I am (unfortunately) extremely detail oriented and probably borderline anal, and he handled my occasional feedback gracefully for an end product that we are thrilled with.

His subcontractors did a FANTASTIC job; super friendly, executed well, left their workspace very clean, and were super efficient. His flooring guy (Francisco) is so dedicated that he'd often stay well into the evening (which was a catch 22 for me because it is late, but he got all our flooring done so quickly!).

Would *highly* recommend, and will definitely use his team again for future home projects!

Jonathan, Filiberto and their team are great. They replaced our roof in 2019, a kitchen and living room remodel in 2021 and currently doing a bathroom remodel for us. Every person that has worked in our home was professional and polite, cleaned up daily after themselves and did phenomenal work. They communicated with us every step of the way and provided support for choices based on their vast knowledge and experience. We are so happy with all the work they have done for us and recommend them to everyone. We feel their pricing has been fair, timelines have been met and the quality has been outstanding. Jonathan has always been very responsive to my questions and is very good at explaining all the things I didn't understand which has been great. He has even provided pictures to help explain when I wasn't on-site. Big Build has certainly exceeded all of our expectations and we are very happy with all the work they have done for us.

We were very pleased with the work that Jonathan and team did with our Kitchen and bathroom remodels. Our Kitchen remodel entailed moving our sink and removing a wall, so was quite challenging, but turned out great! They were so easy to work with and did high quality work. We plan to have them do our Master Bath as well!

Our search for an excellent, trustworthy contractor is over. Big Build was referred to us by a coworker/friend when we needed some urgent work done after a ceiling leak. One of our kids has significant asthma and allergy issues and we called everyone in from plumbers to roofers to water mitigators--many whom provided high ""bandaid"" estimates without investigating the source. After two weeks of several misdiagnoses to mitigate the leak, we contacted Big Build Construction, and Owner Jonathan saved our budget and our house. After sending a timely estimate and proof of his insurance (not all ""contractors"" are legit contractors, we have learned the hard way), he and his team removed a large portion of exterior stucco to get to the root of the problem. They found improper window flashing from a previous contractor's installation--thus the source of the ceiling leak. They properly framed a second floor window, installed a new set of sliding doors, and reapplied stucco masterfully. The back patio area they worked in and refinished is now, by far and away, the nicest part of our house exterior.

Jonathan and his team helped us wade through (an outsourced) mold testing process and ultimately saved us unnecessary steps + $ thousands that other vendors had quoted. They repaired a ceiling drywall mess left by a plumber inside and had our ceiling and drywall patched and painted professionally. While this job was being completed, we had an urgent, separate bathroom sink/cabinet pipe leak that looked like a cabinet complete demolish to me. Jonathan repaired and reinstalled this so that it looks even better now than when originally installed 3 years ago.

We are hopeful about large and small construction projects coming up now because of Big Build's professionalism, competence, and attention to detail. I can't recommend them enough.

Jonathon and his Dad are amazing! We hired them for our bathroom remodel and they were wonderful. As a termite control owner/operator I have also referred clients to them when the jobs require a licensed contractor. I interviewed five contractors before deciding to go with Big Build for our remodel and I am so glad that I did! They understood my vision and made it happen. I am amazed by their professionalism, speed and precision.

They built us a laundry shoot, turned a portion of our garage into two different rooms, ran a gas line, repaired flooring, installed a sliding glass door, and did electrical work for us. I am telling you, they are amazing and I highly, highly recommend them for any remodel or work you need on your home. These guys are nice, dependable and so competent! I am so glad that I found them!
