Had a bad Leak on my roof close to the area where the plumbing vent pipe boot is located.
Inspected area in attic and discovered that the wood was rotting. Big Bear Roofing was recommended by a coworker. Called them and they came right away and performed a thorough inspection, took pictures of the damage and Tim, the project manager, called with a reasonable quote.

The crew came out early in the morning, replace the damaged area, added new shingles and replaced all new pipe boots for the whole house. Very, very impressed with their work. They were courteous, kept me updated with the progress, was super-efficient and most of all, cleaned up everything and didn't leave a trace.
Tim sent updated photos of the work performed and ensured me if I see anything I'm not happy with, to call and they will come right away.

In 2017 Big Bear Roofing did a full roof replacement. Earlier this week I found a shingle in our yard and did not know if it came from our roof. I called Bear Bear and Josh came out immediately. He inspected our roof and found that all our shingles were in tact. He did find another issue regarding our siding (near our chimney) that we were very much unaware of. He climbed back up on the roof and quickly made the repair. His kindness exceeded my expectations!
