Alvaro Hernandez is the owner and personally came to our house and spent 90 minutes explaining various roof options, the process from beginning to end and his companies experience across South Florida. He answered all our questions and after reading numerous reviews we knew this was the kind of person and company we wanted to do business with. Alvaro communicated with us frequently throughout the process and was onsite overseeing the job as it progressed. His team was professional, worked all day each day of the project, and always left the property clean after each days work. Alvaro provided drone pictures and videos throughout the process so that we could see each step and every inspection was passed the first time around. The last inspector that came to our property to perform the final inspection commented that the roof installation was done with quality. Our roof was completed in 3 weeks and we could not be happier with our new metal roof. If your looking for a quality, reliable and honest roofing company that delivers, I would recommend Big Al's Roofing to anyone needing roof repairs or full roof replacement.

Dealing with contractors can be a difficult, and on the list of contractors, roofer must be right up there with the most unreliable, most difficult to work with...

When asking for roofers it seemed that every recommendation came with some caveat. ""They are good, but...""

Thankfully for me I found Big Al's Roofing. Dealing with them could not have been easier. Their prices were fair, quality of work was great and I never had to chase them. Bottom line...they did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. And as simple as that sounds, I find it's a rare trait these days among contractors.

If you are looking for a reliable, fair priced roofer that stands behind what they say I would recommend Big Al's. I personally wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Al arrived on time one morning to provide an estimate, and left a great impression while explaining my options and his work process. In addition, he gave a turnaround time that was faster than what was given by other roofing companies. The re-roof was completed on schedule, and looks amazing. I waited a few weeks on this review to see how the new roof would hold up after a few days of rain, and I'm happy to report all is dry inside! Even still, if there was ever an issue I trust Al and his crew to make things right - he stands by his work and is a breath of fresh air from a lot of the shadier contractors to be found in Miami. I highly recommend him to anyone needing roof work done. Also a bonus - great communication! (a necessity for me)

I've had the same spot in my house leak three times and repaired it three times by a different company , I called big Al's roofing yesterday February 13 and he sent out his best professional the next day to correct the problem as it should have been done the first time around! This is an amazing professional and very reliable company I give them 5 stars all across the board!

Do not recommend this company to anyone. When sales associated came out he discussed what type of work would be performed on roof and the timeframe (a couple hours) it would take. When the roofer came out to do repairs it was not what was discussed. Very disappointed, especially the cost for what it took to be only 20 minutes of work. Felt mislead.

If your looking for an A1 roofer look no further. AL was great at explaining everything in detail of what my commercial roof needed. He pulled all permits and finished in a timely manner. Wouldn't use anyone else ever!
