Ivonne Bianchi knocked on my door soon after I purchased my condo looking for work. She prepared a quote for the work and I was initially impressed with her. Then, she was busy for a couple of weeks. Third week in, she did not show up for our appointment to sign paperwork and collect the 50% deposit she wanted. I contacted her and she told me she was sick but would be in her office the next day. I did not hear from her in the morning, so I stopped by in the afternoon. She had lost my paperwork and asked that I send images when I got home later, which I did. We scheduled another appointment at my place for the following day to sign the paperwork and pay $$. Once again, she did not show. Did not answer the phone. I left her a voicemail expressing my disappointment at how she would no show twice after assuring me she wanted the job. Also said I'm glad I didn't give her $$ before she no showed me for the work that was supposed to begin Friday. I am now receiving numerous nasty text messages from her. And images of five different checks from her customers to prove people pay her and that she has a lot of business. I suggested that her customers would not want her sending copies of their checks to others. No apologies for not showing up, just a string of nasty text messages.
