I would give B&I Roofing 10 stars if I could! They just replaced all the paper under my large tile roof and did an outstanding job. The owner Sal was very prompt in returning my calls, texts and emails. With the recent rains, he was very busy but Sal still fit me into their schedule to do the job. His price was very fair and his workers cleaned up every day -- the cleanest contractor of any type that I've worked with! He was very accommodating in doing some additional work that I requested and even painting some fascia boards that needed to be replaced.

I would definitely recommend Sal and B&I.

Had a very pleasant experience with this business. Repair was to the roof of my Mother's house. Once an estimate was given and a date scheduled for the work Sal's crew (owner of the business) showed up on time & completed the project in one day. The price was great and a warranty for the work given. Would recommend them. Dealt directly with the owner (Salvador Leon). Thumbs up.

Sal and his team installed a brand new roof on my house and garage last year. They were quick, very responsive and kept me updated along the way. They also cleaned all the debris daily. We have had the roof for a year now and there have been no leaks during times when it rains. We absolutely love our roof and have gotten many compliments from our neighbors. We were so happy with Sal's work that we did not hesitate to recommend him to my father-in-law when he was in need of a new roof.

If I ever need any more roof repairs, I'll be coming back to B&I Roofing! Sal was wonderful to deal with. Very communicative and prompt. I had asked for a quote, he made a time to come by, inspected the situation and quoted a price that was extremely competitive. Not only that, but his work team were efficient; completing the job in one day and tidying up all the evidence of Work. Sal only replaced what was needed and took care in making sure the final look matched the rest of the older roof and house. He was so lovely to work with that I asked him to take a look at my basement roof. He gave me another good quote for that and I had him do additional work. Same great experience of prompt, clean work. When I had questions about a cracked wooden part that hadn't been replaced, he explained to me his work quote but went out of his way to do a free fix up anyhow. He even recommended a painter for the finishing. I wasn't able to be there while he was working, but he documented his work in pictures which was great to have as a customer. Sal is the best! I would happily recommend his roofing team! Thanks Sal!

I called several roofing shops in the area, and Sal at B. I. Roofing was the only one responsive enough to arrange an estimate in a timely manner. He came to my shop and quickly gave me a detailed quote for repairing our very old leaky flat roof. He was extremely knowledgeable about flat roofs, and pointed out many things that only a ""trained eye"" could see. He arranged to start working the morning after the rain stopped, and his team showed up exactly on time. It was a 3 day job, and I checked their progress every few hours. The entire team worked together steadily, quietly and neatly, always making sure to keep my premises clean and clear of any old roofing material or rubbish. I am very happy with the outstanding, professional job and very reasonable prices. I will definitely be using B.I. Roofing for future roof repairs.
