Entire Roofing Repairs:
Giving reviews is not something that you write because it affects every reader who do not get recommendation or referrals from a person you know, but a total risk if you take. I have 4 other roofers and seriously read comments and here is what I can tell to the company and the reader of my comments and please read this seriously:
- This company is legit and the owners communicates directly to you when you call to request estimate.
- The person this owner sent to me - Ron is a very nice person who answer my questions, my complaints cuz I'm not easy as I pay attention to details in roofing. This is not the first time I have done roofing.
- Company has crew of workers but observe what the workers is doing and communicate to the project manager- Ron. He can call you back and he comes to visit the job sit. Your concern is your responsibility but Ron listens to your concerns.
- Your roof depends on the hands of their roofing crew but your responsibility is to communicate to Ron and the owner, they are trustworthy people and I'm looking forward to work with them in the future. Though warranty is given in the contract and if anything goes wrong, I can only depend on my trust to this company with hopes. One thing more I have to say, their is no arrogant attitude in this company.

Your response Issac was a complete joke and filled with lies. Your company does not stand bye your words and your company is quick to push blame on someone else. Your company is unprofessional, does not value the customer nor do you take responsibility for the workers you send out. Being the owner you should have taken the time to come and personally see the work that is being representing your company but, you did not come out once. The work they tried to fix in my restroom is horrible as you can see I. The pictures, I did not even include the photo of my tub that was chipped from your workers. I sent pictures to Ben and neither did he come out and see the work being done. Not only did you not fix my roof your company also messed up my bathroom walls, paint and tub. It's a shame you do not stand behind your company and look to blame others, shame on you and your team. Another unsatisfied customer and I do not doubt there will be others in the future.

Issac you are so quick to blame it on the solar company and they did come out and stand by their work there is no solar where the roof is still leaking. You can't even take responsibility for the substandard repairs to the inside of my house that was due to your companies negligence in the first place. All I am asking is for you to fix the roof like I paid for in the first place, instead of taking blame. As the owner of the company you should be working with the customer and since there was so many negligent things your company did during this roof job, it would have been nice to have the owner come out and see the damage for himself. I have plenty more videos and pictures showing the rain coming through the house even before the solar was installed so by you saying it's the solar company's fault is false. Your company never fixed the roof from leaks in the first place and now you are just pushing the blame on the solar company. You run your company very unprofessional and lack respect for hard working people who struggle to just find honest companies who will do a great job.

My gas furnace was not working properly and I had an American Home Shield HVAC contracted technician sent to my home to diagnose and fix the problem. The technician tried hard to figure out the problem but in the end he could not repair it or offer a solution to the problem. I called SoCal Green HVAC and within 2 days the company sent out a manager/technician named Ron. He thoroughly evaluated my system and explained in language I could understand that the furnace was nearly 30 years old and needed to be replaced because replacing parts may or may not repair the old furnace and it might be wasted time and money. He also checked the A/C system and he said it was working fine and only recommended a new furnace. He gave me a fair price and within 3 days, he and Saoul another technician had the furnace installed and running wonderfully. I would definitely recommend SoCal Green HVAC for your Heating and Air Conditioning system needs.

Office staff was super and quickly responsive. The tech person kept it real - and gave us a breakdown of our options.

We opted for the full clean-out of our system - versus just of the unit.
The previous tenants never seemed to have this done, and honestly, the moment you realize that their years of skin cells were chilling in those vents and ducts, I was HELL YES, let's get that all cleaned up.

I would hire them for any future HVAC projects.

Want professionalism and honesty? go to another company.
After two conversations with Dusty who was polite and friendly, she led me to believe she understood the job was to clean a Wolf stove ducts above it through the attic. She promised several times to call back but never did. The seven times I called to get an appointment, a different person from aparently a different company answered and had to ask way to many question to get back to Dusty. On the end, a cleaner showed up for an estimate and immediate work but said they don't do that. And when I called again and asked for a supervisor or Dusty, the rep was aggressive and hang up on me.

I have had my AC not working correctly for many years and this heatwave was the worse. I had so many people come to look at my air CA system and had so many telling me that nothing was wrong with my system or even to tell me I needed a new one because this was not working. I called SoCal and they sent Ron and he was knowledgeable and gave me a quote for the replacement and fast Appoinment of my system. I feel that service was excellent on time and a fast turnaround. Ron is very knowledgeable on AC system and was able to talk us through what they were doing while installing it. I would like to take the time to thank Ron and Saul and his staff for doing such a great job. Thank you SoCal.

I had the pleasure of working with Ron and he was very helpful. Not only did he take the time to explain things to me, he also did his best to get me the best rate for the job. They did a full duct replacement and cleaning and my AC has been working great since then.

Our AC stopped working out of the blue and I called to have someone come take a look that day to inspect. Ron arrived very quickly and determined that our furnace was so old and caked with dust that it was going to need either a heavy-duty cleaning and possibly multiple part repairs, or a full replacement. He gave us multiple options to move forward we ended up selecting full replacement after a second inspection indicated that it was possible that replacing individual parts piecemeal would very likely end up being more expensive than just putting in a brand new one.

On the day of the work, the team showed up on time at the very beginning of the estimated window, and the work was completed with a minimum of fuss and, despite needing to bring in additional materials outside of the initial estimate. Ron and his team were very clean and professional and I would absolutely hire them again for any future HVAC issues.
