I'm so disappointed. Leon came out, gave me a great bid, worked with Sunrun re: solar panels, reduced the bid and we agreed on everything and scheduled a date in Feb. When I asked about their financing plans, he then raised the price by $3000! When I explained that wasn't correct, they wouldn't honor their agreed-upon bid and cancelled me. Won't return phone calls. emails, etc.

Had my roof replaced with this company. They were the cheapest quote - that is, before all the EXTRA EXPENSES I INCURRED AFTER THEY ""COMPLETED"" THE JOB.

Here's my experience:

1. They broke both adjustable moon roofs on my house. I only caught 1 while they were on the job. Replaced it with the cheapest moon roof they could find, which does not open. Other moon roof is stuck in the ""open"" position (which is great in winter when warm air escapes and rain comes in).

2. Broke my gutters. Most notably right in front of my front door. a week after the install we had a heavy rain. Due to the broken gutter, water splashed all over my wooden door and warped/discolored the door.

3. Their workers were throwing bottles filled with urine off my roof when they were done filling them. I'm still finding BOTTLES FILLED WITH URINE in the hedges of my yard. One day I caught one of the workers actually pissing on the side of my house.

4. Cleanup was nonexistant. roofing nails all over my property. RESULTED IN A FLAT IN MY CAR.

Sam was very charming and accomodating before he received my payment. When I brought issues to him afterwards he was rude and dismissive. Completely unwilling to make the situation right.

All-in-all, I'd say this COMPANY'S IMCOMPETENCE costed me an additional $4,000.

BEWARE! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

Daniel was great he was on time for our appointment provided really good pricing for my roof replacement and managed the crew very well overall good experience highly recommended

I called BH for a full replacement after my last vendor told me that the roof have to be replaced. When BH came, Daniel showed me that the roof still in a pretty good condition, and I can just do maintenance and stay with that roof for at least a few more years. He saved me a lot of money!
Those days it's really hard to find someone that actually want to help you and not just taking your money. Highly recommended:)

Daniel has been so informative and responsive! Usually it's impossible to get people out for repairs but he was quick and went through all the options with me. I really look forward to updating after the service is completed.

Bad service!! Started with good communication stating free inspection/ report. Once they found out my roof was in good condition and didn't need additional services from their company besides the stated free inspection report, all communication stopped and never replied back.

Not to be trusted. Sam talks a good story but does not follow through. Issues you need to know:
- Says he knows insurance adjusters and will be in contact with them to get you a good settlement - didn't happen
- Let all the old shingles and other debris on the ground and said a crew would be there to get it the next day - didn't happen, didn't return my phone call about the debris, had to pay to get it hauled off
- Price gouges
- Did repair using mismatched shingles
- submits vague quote
- Insurance paid to have roof painted but he shrugged it off - didn't even attempt
CAUTION: I would avoid this company at all costs!
