You can judge quality of the contractor by the ""bed side manner"". Travis came over, inspected my areas of concern, took pictures and videos, to make it very clear what I am looking it. To top it of - he can AHEAD, by few minutes - which is much better then many contractors coming late.

I was seeking help with a skylight that was leaking. Travis was the first one to text me. He was the first one to offer help. I was apprehending having to take time off to get the job done but to my surprise Travis offered to come on the weekend. Travis and I agreed on Sunday between noon and 1 pm. He showed up promptly @ 12:30 pm and offered two repair options. Both the skylight problem and final work was documented using video and pics. The work was done inside an hour.

One last comment is that the end result looked a bit sloppy. I had a similar experience with a previous roofer before. It might be a sign of the trade. When caulking or tar is the solution to a roofing problem be ready for a generous application. Better safe than sorry is my guess.

Needed a 25 year old comp roof redone, with a somewhat tricky low slope section that had been problematic. First, Travis was one of the only roofing companies to call me back out of the 5 that I tried. He came out to make an estimate a day later, was on time and had some good ideas on how best to approach the job. He was also available to actually do the job in a couple of weeks and was willing to work on a weekend. Travis and his crew were very accommodating, showed up on time and worked efficiently. The job was completed just as promised. Overall I am very satisfied.

Arranged an appointment with Travis for an estimate on a new roof for Saturday morning at 10am. Come Saturday morning, he never showed up. How unprofessional. Don't waste my time saying you'll be there at 10am and not show up. I'm going to go with someone more reliable and professional instead.

We had Travis recently replace a pair of leaking skylights in Aptos and were very happy with the experience. He was able to provide a fair quote a day after reaching out to him, and the work was done promptly and professionally. I believe he even left the area cleaner than when he arrived.

From request to estimate to install took less time than I've been able to get estimates from other roofers, assuming they even called back. It was refreshing to find someone who is really on top of things. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience with Travis to address water issues on our tiled flat decks as well as fixing up the tile roof. Travis was very knowledgeable about roofing. He impressed us with his expertise, creative solutions as unexpected issues came up when we started demolishing the old decks, and his responsiveness. He and his crew were professional, and very careful to keep the home clean while working on the roof. As a result of the great experience with Travis on fixing the roof and decks, we have also retained him to fix some walls inside the house. Travis installed a new flat roof above my garage. The roof was located underneath a deck. He did a nice job of carefully removing the deck; installed the bitumen roof and then re-positioned the deck on top of the new roof. Travis works quickly and efficiently and his prices are reasonable. He has years of experience in this industry. I would gladly recommend him for other roofing jobs.

I've been looking to install solar on my roof so naturally I needed someone to tell me the current condition and lifespan of my roof. I found Travis on yelp and he was one of they few roofers that replied quickly to me. Out of the few he was the quickest in setting up an appointment and on my time which I appreciated. He arrived on the scheduled date and took me up on my roof and did a walk through of things I needed to look out for and answered all the information I needed to know to move forward with my solar installation. In the end he didn't charge me for coming over which I also appreciated.

I had been reaching out to several different contractors and roofing companies to help resolve my leakage issue that was causing a slow leak to drip from the ceiling. It wasn't until Travis came out and better assessed the situation (within 5 mins or so) that I learned that it wasn't the roof that was causing the leak, but more so a faulty pipe in the wall. Travis probably saved me hundreds of dollars.
