Hello neighbors, I wanted to warn people from using this company for your roofing needs.This company failed to finish the job. They still need to put 2 new heater vent caps on and finish the flashing on an area of the roof that needed a repair. The repair was included in the original bid but the company was unable to find the size wood they needed to do the repair that they charged me $300 for. The wood was easily found at McCoys. I ended up doing the repair myself three days later. I know my screw up was giving the cashiers check to them before they had finished the total job. Feel free to share my experience. I'm sure there are some people in San Marcos Texas that had a good experience. I'm just tired of trying to get them to come out to finish the job. Thanks, Dave.

My only experience is with a black ford F-150 limited company vehicle which nearly side-swiped me, then never used a turn signal for the next few miles. Would not want this company working at my house if this is representative of their attitude toward safety and respect for others.

Better Roofing Sale Associate Juan Carlos offered his expert pitch to provide all the service I needed, including having an expert repair team and a great install timeline, which made everything go as planned. Everything was done very professionally, and Mr. Carlos kept me informed and provided excellent advice for care and any warranty issues. Again, fast service and his care for customer satisfaction are the most important to me and, of course, the whole experience.

Excellent work! I am pleased with the work performed on my house in one day! The workmen were fast and efficient. After completion of the work they did an excellent job cleaning up and making sure that there were no nails around to injure anybody! This company just replaced my roof and they were totally professional.
They did not ask for ""up front money"" and stuck to the bidding price.

Phenomenal products, exceptional quality, superb services, and low prices!!! Armond, a consummate professional met with me the next day after I called and showed me a variety of roofing materials. I already knew I wanted to upgrade 3 tab shingles to architectural shingles of the same color. Armond showed me the color Driftwood and I told him it was not the color on my roof. He calmly said ""let's check,"" and he was correct, he knew my roof at a distance. He looked at my insurance paperwork and quoted me a phenomenal price. I must admit I am ashamed because I thought he would quote me a higher estimate because of the upgrade. After meeting with a few more contractors, I texted Armond several additional questions and he answered me within minutes. I asked him when he could start and they started the next day.

Elizar led an outstanding team of diligent and courteous professionals. I have a two story with 5 valleys. The roofers took off one section at a time as they replaced, the roof. I thought it odd since the sky was blue and there were no clouds in sight. Wouldn't it be faster to rip off all the shingles at once with all those valleys? After about 4-5 hours, clouds arrived and Elizar checked his phone to determine the weather and if it would rain in my neighborhood....nice! They continued for a few more hours, and left for the day as darker clouds arrived. I inspected my roof and Elizar and his crew had not left any of my roof exposed, whew!

Nevertheless, it rained and hailed that night and my son and I were watching television when we heard a hard knock on the door after lightning had struck. It was Elizar coming back to check on the roof. I could not believe it! I was soooo impressed to know that Better Roofing USA, cared about the safety and welfare of their clients, we were not just paychecks! Other companies had quoted me inferior products, with inferior warranties, at superior prices and I would bet they could care less about the safety of my family.

It is an honor to let others know that I am EXTREMELY happy to have received upgrades such as lifetime architectural shingles, roof vents, drip edge, military discount, AND a 10 year warranty on labor all at a low price!!! Furthermore, they sent my paperwork to my insurance company so I could get the money that was held back for my drip edge. And to add icing on the cake, I didn't even have to pay a dime, I mean no down payment, until my roof was completely finished. Only professionally competent and financially secure companies, can offer such a benefit to customers.

My words are to humble to do Better Roofing USA the justice they deserve. Thank you Armond! Thank you Elizar and your crew! And thank you Better Roofing USA because Better Roofing USA is definitely the platinum standard and the GOAT (greatest of all time)!!!!
