I used Better Built Siding and Windows in February 2019 to install Hardie Siding Board on Panels. This was a difficult job requiring scheduling with a separate independent electrical contractor as well as my electric provider. This was not a cookie cuter instillation. The crew was good as I worked with them throughout the project to make sure my expectations were met. Being involved along every step of the way resolved minor issues or errors during instillation resulting in a very satisfied job. John M.

Better Built replaced the siding on my house in Rowlett, as well as replaced the roof on the patio. The patio roof has leaked ever since the replacement. Better Built came out twice adding more sealant yet the roof still leaks and is getting worse. I've called 3x in the last 2 weeks leaving voice mail each time with no response. I'm rating 2 stars for now as the siding job appears ok and they responded ok previously.

This company took $1800 for a retainer on my fence. After multiple calls and emails, they said they would put me on the schedule. This was in January of 2017. I finally asked for a refund because they were clearly not going to ever install my fence. After several calls and emails about my refund, I was sent a vague email just saying ""Will do."" This was May of 2017. It's been a year and I haven't seen a refund. A certified letter has recently been sent, so hopefully my money will be returned.

Poor job of sealant application to James Hardie siding resulting in unsightly fading/discoloration 4 years after project completion. Poor communication and lack of response to remedy situation despite labor warranty.
