I needed roof repairs but wasn't sure i understood the problems with my current roof. I met with owner, Chris Carey, to assess my needs. He was honest and didn't try to sell me more than what needed to be done. He took the time to explain and show me the problems. It even turned out that some of what I assumed would needed to be replaced was salvageable.

You can tell that Chris' honesty and dedication have created a culture of professionalism at BesTex. Corey, the project manager, was great. He chatted with me to explain the work and his crew did an amazing job in a very efficient manner. I worked with Jade to coordinate payment and paperwork and was very impressed.

Everything was done exactly as they promised and everything was on schedule! Loved working with this company.

After a hail storm, we called BesTex to inspect our roof, which they ended up replacing. It was a very positive experience all the way through. The pricing and insurance process were all very transparent. Rene was great to work with. The roof was replaced in one day and they did a great job on the cleanup. Since I wasn't able to be home for the installation, I had a couple of questions, which they happily came out to address after the fact. Thank you BesTex.

Best roofers around. They replaced my roof after a hail storm. They finished on schedule and cleaned everything up well. I found very few nails after they finished the job. Also, they replaced some plywood on my roof that had a slow leak that I wouldn't have noticed if they hadn't informed me of it.

I cannot say enough positive things about Bestex.

From the scheduling coordination to communication. Throughout the entire process I felt assured that the job was going to be done and be done right.

We had a leak that turned into a water mitigation issue. The leak probably started from hail damage that I initially wrote off as I have a newer house. If only I had taken it seriously from the beginning, I would not have been in the situation I was in.

Luckily Bestex came to my rescue. All questions about what were the following processes and expectations put me and my family at ease. I had never been thru this kind of situation before so I did not know what to expect and questioned everything initially, they answered all questions (even the dumb ones I had) and did so respectfully, as if I was a member of their family.

So much so, that I had to ensure that everyone else was aware of this company and the positive experience and influence they provided during this time of need for my family and I.

After a major hail storm Rhett B. came by my house to offer his services. He was one of many roof repair folks who came by. But Rhett was different. No high pressure sales tactics, no being pushy. He was friendly and humble, but stayed persistent.

We want to share our wonderful experiences with Kindle and BesTex Solutions. Two weeks ago, my first floor bathroom vent was dripping water after the winter storm.  We contacted the BesTex Solutions after receiving a recommendation from NextDoor. Kindle went above and beyond to help us understand the source of the mysterious leak: there is a small crack or hole on the side where the melting snow found its way into the attic of the bathroom ceiling. Much to my great surprise, he offered to help sealing up the areas with some caulk for free. I am super satisfied with his professional, quick service and honesty. In addition, he is very courteous and friendly. Overall I had an amazing experience with BesTex Solutions. From my experience with them, for those of you who may have had anxiety and be a little apprehensive about leak fixing services in the roofing industry, you can trust BesTex Solutions, a company with integrity.
