Covid or No Covid has any bearing
On this review. Contract signed 1/31/2020 along with 20% deposit. Roof Completed in July with more leaks than before they replaced it. Multiple attempts to contact via email, phone took weeks to finally get an invoice wanting to charge for a less than 4 month old roof? I don't think so! Either their staff has no clue or it is a very poorly managed company. 90k dollar roof with no service after the fact. I would never recommend and would suggest they change their name no where near ""Best"" anything. They simply did a poor job too many issues along the way that could have simply been communicated and avoided some problems along the way. Highly disappointed.

BEST Roofing understand that time is money, and nobody wants to have to pay extra for a job that takes longer than necessary. I love that BEST placed themselves in the customers shoes to get the job done on or before schedule. (they rock).

The BEST Roofing leadership and team have the highest regard for the industry and relationships. They are just amazing talents and characteristics that every business should have. (love'em)

Best Roofing is not recommended by me. During the warranty I had 3 leaks. And they supposedly fixed the leak. I now have another leak and when I called I was first told they would come out, no show. Again I called and was told the warranty is not forever ,only for 5 years. The roof before was there for 20 yrs

A great company with great employees! Had a problem with our roof for a long time! Called Best Roofing and contacted Cristina and the same day she came out to check out our roof! She made her report and got the job done by sending out A great field supervisor Sadiki! They did all the roofs in my development of townhouses. Even though I was just one of the unit owners and not a home owner paying them directly, they treated me great. They were there for a couple months doing all the roofs and all the guys were always friendly and respectful. They had to adjust a vent pipe that ran through my townhouse. They had to cut, patch, and paint a wall in my guest bedroom. They were extremely flexible and efficient getting it repaired and worked around my work schedule. I've worked for a contractors in the past and know the non paying customer gets overlooked a lot because they have no control over the money but best roofing treated me better than any ecxpectations I'd have for a contractor. Johnny the site supervisor was great!

It says it all in the name. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism, service, and repair. They provided a fair market price for the repairs needed, but their repairs were above and beyond what was expected. They reported on time for the job and they left the job cleaner than they found it; which is very rare in the construction industry as I have learned as I am a GC myself. Highly recommended. And I will be happy to continue to use them. Thank you.
