I have never seen a company so disorganized and not punctual in my life. We have a roof leak that's been affecting my 3rd and 4th story for about two months now and Best Roofing just can't seem to figure out what the problem is. They've been to my house 4 times now, which they have never been punctual for, and still haven't fixed the issue. They say they will be here on a certain day and then show up 3 days later. However today they decided to switch it up and show up one day in advance without previous warning and they just expect the client to drop everything they are doing and be able to attend to them. Honestly, don't recommend.

Very responsive, while the walkthrough, explained each finding and items that needed attention. At no point through the walkthrough did I feel I was taken advantage. Though in the back of my mind; I kept quiet and wanted to see what would be said about the condition of my roof. I was very surprised they felt the roof was well maintain but needed a lot of little things to bring it up to standards. The crew they sent were all very professional and careful while at the Condominium. As the annual preventative maintenance and repairs were being done. I walked and each worker was very welcoming and answered any questions I had. I just received the final invoice and report and very impressed. I'm pretty sure there are other good roofing contractors out there but this is by far the best experience I have had as a property manager.

The board and the community take preventative maintenance and protecting the value of the property and Best roofing will deliver that promise as a roofing contractor. Sapphire Fort Lauderdale Condominium Association inc.

Do not recommend for gutters for sure . almost all the downspouts of our 3 story condo buildings this company installed not too long ago have fallen off or come loose due to insufficient strapping. We have had other issues with their gutters and have had to hire a professional gutter company to rehang and or replace the downspouts.

There is a dark middle aged Jamaican guy working with a younger Jamaican guy. I didn't have a chance to ask their names because of their hostile demeanor. This has to be THE ABSOLUTE WORST representation of a business by employees that I have seen. I've crossed paths with this team lead (dark middle aged man) a few times because he is contracted by commercial landlord. He is the most horrible person I have come across while doing business.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS unless You want to be subjected to a disagreeable employee who is not happy about having to contact the company's work. Between the expletives and the blatant disregard for the company's procedures own rules, I'd bet bottom dollar that the people at my office aren't the first to be subjected to his wrath.

Covid or No Covid has any bearing
On this review. Contract signed 1/31/2020 along with 20% deposit. Roof Completed in July with more leaks than before they replaced it. Multiple attempts to contact via email, phone took weeks to finally get an invoice wanting to charge for a less than 4 month old roof? I don't think so! Either their staff has no clue or it is a very poorly managed company. 90k dollar roof with no service after the fact. I would never recommend and would suggest they change their name no where near ""Best"" anything. They simply did a poor job too many issues along the way that could have simply been communicated and avoided some problems along the way. Highly disappointed.

BEST Roofing understand that time is money, and nobody wants to have to pay extra for a job that takes longer than necessary. I love that BEST placed themselves in the customers shoes to get the job done on or before schedule. (they rock).

The BEST Roofing leadership and team have the highest regard for the industry and relationships. They are just amazing talents and characteristics that every business should have. (love'em)

Best Roofing is not recommended by me. During the warranty I had 3 leaks. And they supposedly fixed the leak. I now have another leak and when I called I was first told they would come out, no show. Again I called and was told the warranty is not forever ,only for 5 years. The roof before was there for 20 yrs

A great company with great employees! Had a problem with our roof for a long time! Called Best Roofing and contacted Cristina and the same day she came out to check out our roof! She made her report and got the job done by sending out A great field supervisor Sadiki! The same day I spoke to him he came out further checked out the roof and had a team come out the very next day! Thank you Best Roofing for your prompt and great service! No Wonder you have been in business 40 years and are truly the ""BEST ROOFING"" company around!!!
