The Best Roof in Town company just finished putting a new roof on my house. The process with my insurance company, USAA, and this roofer was super smooth and easy. The salesman, Noah, was a pleasure to work with. He was very attentive to my concerns, and followed up in a timely way. I am very satisfied.

They didn't replace my gutters like in the estimate for my hail damage. Also my roof has leaked several times duringthe rain and I can't get them out here to repair it. It has been several months and still it leaks each time it rains. They will cut corners and downslope work. Oh and they leave roof nails in your yard after the work is done.

They stated that there is a whole lot of warranty work now for not coming promptly to fix the leak. I reached out to Marshall in June when my roof first leaked and it is still leaking each rain storm.

Let me start by saying I am a former NBC news anchor and CBS reporter, news writer and producer. I have a Master's in Journalism. My credibility as a newsman was never assailed in my many years as an award-winning journalist. I say this because Bonner Bankston's response to my complaints was to call me a liar on every level. This is who you're dealing with you if you hire his company.
The roof on my house was installed one or two years ago for the prior owner of my house but I was assured by Best Roof that a LOOSE TILE PROBLEM was COVERED under the company's warranty. Neighbors who had used them also told me that should be the case - and I have this VERIFIED IN WRITING IN A TEXT MESSAGE FROM THE OWNER.
I will post details about my upsetting experience with the super unfriendly owner when I have the chance but let me start by warning you:
The owner is super-rude and disrespectful - instead of APOLOGIZING PROFUSELY as he should have done when his company failed to show up as (repeatedly) promised one day to inspect my roof to make (as he promised) WARRANTY repairs, he called and SCREAMED AT ME for texting him and leaving a phone message saying simply that I was upset that HIS COMPANY KEPT ME WAITING A WHOLE DAY (during which at one point they texted me that they would soon be at my house) AND THEN NEVER SHOWED UP FOR WHAT HE'D INITIALLY AGREED WAS A WARRANTY REPAIR. After I hung up on him (twice) for being so rude and offensive (and not letting me get in a word edgewise), he called back repeatedly and then left a BARRAGE of unwanted and insulting and unhelpful disrespectful text messages on my iPhone. (It had taken nearly TWO WEEKS OF PHONE CALLS to get Best Roof in Town to even set a date to come to my house, but even THAT promise was false: they never showed in spite of repeated promises throughout that day (when I called them) that they were indeed going to come by and make good on the repair. (I had a lot to do that day but stayed home all day waiting for them to show up. The unkind owner the next day did not apologize but SCREAMED at me that they were BUSY that day. Well big WHOOP! SO WAS I! WHY DIDN'T THEY CALL ME - AS ANY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE AND CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY COMPANY WOULD HAVE - TO LET ME KNOW THEY COULDN'T COME????!!!!)
He now claims it's NOT A WARRANTY REPAIR, but I got his promise to fix the roof tile problem as a WARRANTY ISSUE - AND IN HIS OWN WORDS, IN A TEXT MESSAGE I STILL HAVE AND CAN SHOW ANYONE WHO'S INTERESTED. (He and a female assistant repeatedly assured me it was a warranty repair they were obligated to do and when I requested that in writing, he sent it to me in writing, in a text message.) HE SAID THE PROBLEM WAS COVERED BY HIS COMPANY'S WARRANTY. (The roof's not more than 2 or so years old.) HE NOW REFUSES TO DO THE REPAIR AT ALL and claims the loose tile issues are NOT covered by his company's warranty.
Best Roof in Town is clearly UNRELIABLE, MAKES PROMISES IT DOES NOT KEEP AND IS CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY. To say the LEAST!
Oh - and he (Bonner Bankston) threatened to have his lawyer-rich family SUE ME if I dared to post reviews like this one warning consumers about his bad behavior and unreliability!

On March 21, 2022 a tornado ripped through Round Rock, Texas and heavily damaged our neighborhood. Of course there were many roofing companies that came out immediately. My husband and I ""collected"" a lot of business cards until Noah Sloat and Christian Hinostroza, with Best Roof in Town, stopped by. They were so genuine and kind and offered to get up on our roof to do a temporary patch -with no obligation to go with Best Roof in Town- which is located in Leander, TX. They were the first and ONLY company that was willing to HELP - not just go after our business. Noah and Christian even stuck around for awhile and helped our neighbors drag broken fences pieces to the curb as the large truck hauled the debris away. My husband said that Noah and Christian earned our business the minute he shook hands with them. Our new roof has been installed and we are really happy with the outcome. The crew showed up on time and completed the project in a day. Clean up was terrific and we love our new roof. I would highly recommend using Best Roof in Town and ask to be connected to Noah Sloat and Christian Hinostroza.

I had a great experience with this company. Haydn was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He did the initial inspection, coordinated the installation and even stopped by to check the progress the day of. The follow through was much appreciated. I highly recommend these guys!

These guys were everything we wanted. Our roof had hail damage. Max came out and checked it out. We filed a claim with our insurance and Max came back to be here with the insurance adjuster. They got on the repairs quickly, did a great job of cleaning up after themselves, and his follow up has been outstanding. I can't recommend him highly enough.
