I think the best part of all this is Matt owns the company and he is on site with his crew , nothing better than being able to talk directly to the man making the decisions

Simply awesome company in every aspect and regard. Had to fix a roof with serious issues and got a good, honest assessment and quote from Matt and Kellie. The job got more complicated after work had been scheduled due to weather and a myriad of unforeseen circumstances, but we were given constant information and updates at every turn. Everyone was super easy to work with: Kellie went out of her way to cover all administrative aspects of the job and Matt and his crew went above and beyond in their work on the roof. Highly, highly recommend!!!!!

After IRMA, I made spreadsheet of roofers beginning with online reviews and BBB accreditation. I even found one company who falsely advertised ""Licensed & Insured"" on its website (per myfloridalicense.com). I brought the top 7 out for estimates. Hearing one ""spiel"" after another helps me come up with informed questions, better compare answers, and most importantly, I can spot where one *includes* products and services whereas others charge extra! BestRoofJax gave me a very a great bid that included a lot of things others charged for. I was also happy to hear they use wheeled dumpsters rather than the big driveway smashing rust buckets. They were busy, but mostly my schedule made it take a while to coordinate. They came early 30 Aug and had it easily done in one day. I did not have to pay anything till the roof was done. They even came out to re-sweep for nails when picking up the check!

Love my new roof! After being damaged by Matthew, and then again by Irma (Yay Florida), it was finally time for a full replacement. I called several companies and BestRoofJax was by far the most responsive, affordable and friendly. Kellie was very helpful with picking the type of roof, shingles and paper and then very patient with me picking the color (I changed my mind twice). They dropped off the materials the day before the roof was to be done, the roofers showed up on time the day of and by the morning of the next day, I had a beautiful new roof. The owner of the company was on-site to supervise his crew and explain to me why they had to take my gutters off (someone, who shall remain nameless, screwed them into the old drip-edge). The workers were very polite and cleaned up after themselves- not a single nail or piece of trash was left behind. Overall, just an excellent experience and a great price compared to other companies! You will not be disappointed with BestRoofJax!

The name says it all! The BEST!!!!! Recently my roof suffered some minor damage, mostly missing shingles. I called Best Roof Jax and they responded promptly. They are obviously reliable but also efficient, professional, reasonably priced, and above all very friendly. Thank you for a job well done! I will not hesitate to refer their services.
