If you want to pay 48,730.00 for VINYL FLOORING this is the company to go with. Your roof will cost you over 34,000.00. The quote includes stripping off the old roof and replacing the wood. Well they didn't need to replace any wood but the company never deducted that from the bill.
This company is the biggest rip off ever.
They also will keep knocking on your door and if you don't answer they will go in your back yard and bang on your bedroom windows. This is the truth. The kept banging and banging on the bedroom window. The gentleman in the house said he was sick and his wife was going to take him to the hospital.
These people did not care at all. His wife did take him to the hospital where he stayed for 4 days. This company is ruthless. STAY FAR AWAY!

Best Home Projects did my roof and installed Solar system on it, and I have to say, I couldn't be happier!
The roof looks great, the system works great so far and I'm already starting to see the results of it on my electrical bill, Erian the representative was absolutely great, communicated with us on every step of the way, explained everything properly and in a language we would understand, and made sure everything done correctly on the company's side.
I rate this 10/10 honestly, cause even though we had some hiccups on the way, they were resolved quickly and professionally. I would recommend this company to my friends.

My parents in Canoga Park really wanted to redo their back patio and install a new pool before the summer. It's always difficult finding a local trustworthy contractor to do such projects especially at your parents home, but after all the permits, the work and excellent communication. Within my 10 years of being a homeowner, I've tried to cut financial corners and take the handyman route for most projects. After my last bad experience with my roof, I decided to go a different route with a contractor. After inquiring I made a in-home consultation to see the options and found out that contractors do cost more than a handyman. The cost was worth it due to the warranty, guarantee and direct contact I will continue to have with my project manager Dean. I decided to change out to ""Cool Roof"" for the added benefits of it being able to reflect the UV rays from the sun and keep the home cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. The next step for the home is either Solar or HVAC!
