They came to look at my roof and damaged my gutters and refuse to pay for damages. I had to file a case in court.

The roof came out fine, however multiple things were damaged during the job. They caused damage to my lawn and fence which they have made a concession to address. But the bigger issue is the damage to my car which I had for less then two months. Their worker hit it with his vehicle and said nothing, days later I found the damage and had to review my cameras which showed him hit it. I was very clear with the company that I would hold on to my $1500 remaining balance until I was fully reimbursed for all the money I had to pay out for repairs and rental vehicles, I still have not received those reimbursement, but this company has proceeded to constantly harass me About the balance. They also will not address the time I missed from work, one day that they didn't show up as promised and another 1 1/2-2 days I missed with setting up estimates and arranging drop off and pickup of my vehicle as well as rentals. The local office is useless, I did receive emails from their office in Tennessee about the balance which I replied to, and stated I'd love to talk to someone else about this horrible experience, zero response as of yet. They also dropped off a tag and n my door stating I need to pay them, if they would have rung the door bell we could have discussed this since I was sitting in my living room. This experience has been a cluster, I get it things happen, but the zero remorse this company displays for their employees negligence is infuriating.
