Warning: BCR uses very shady practices at least in Jacksonville. First they ask you to sign their tablet presumably to go on your roof to access your damage but no other company in Jacksonville will have you do that. To test that ask if you can sign after you receive their estimate. Most likely they wont do your estimate. If you are using insurance to repair your roof they will insist on being there with your adjuster. I think that is to give the appearance of helping you but that is totally not necessary. If they find out your insurance claim to repair your roof is approved they will wait to see what your payout is before submitting their estimate and that is of course to charge the maximum they can resulting in higher repair charges for you and your insurance company. They will never suggest that you get other estimates. They really do not want you to know how much they are overcharging you. Finally they will constantly hound you to sign over your insurance benefits and ask for more than 20% to order your materials this way they pocket a lot of your funds in advance of them actually working on your roof. Do not do that. There are better roofers out there so get several estimates and get educated in the process. BCR will never admit that.

I must say I didn't know my roof was in such bad shape. Best choice did a free inspection then submitted to my insurance who in turn replaced the whole roof. Best choice was very professional and was always responsive. The team came out and replaced the roof in one day which was also a plus. The dumpster arrived on Tuesday, the roof was replaced on Wednesday and the dumpster was removed on Thursday. All vents were replaced along with the ease drip. I have recommended Best choice to at least 8 neighbors who I know some has started the process with them. I am very very satisfied with every aspect of the process and outcome.

This company uses scam tactics to get your business and does not stand by its word. The two consultants that came to my door soliciting business said the company would waive the deductible up to $1000. However, when the job was complete they tried to collect the $1000 they promised to waive, stating that Florida law had recently changed and they could no longer waive the deductible. Of course, I said too bad for you and paid them the balance minus the $1000 they promised to waive. Later I received a collection notice from a law office in the amount of $1127. Furthermore, the consultant changed several times during the roof install, they left the huge bin in my driveway for 3 days after the installation was complete, did a very poor cleanup in which I've had to replace a tire, damaged a section of my gutters, and then they collected the leftover material from my job that I paid for and took to another job. That is stealing. I should have been reimbursed for any material that was not used. This company was PISS POOR from start to finish. If I could give negative stars I would.

Unfortunately i had a bad experience with this company. they finished the job on June 2021 and until today i'm still having problems with leaking and unfinished repairs. I really want to come into a solution and i'm trying to do my last call before legal actions. Looking forward.

Just got a door hanger from them saying they ""damage spotted- Urgent"" that there was ""exposed valley metal on slope"". There is no exposed valley metal on slope and even if there were, if sealed properly, there would not be a problem. I have seem many, many exposed valley metal that never leaked. Also, because there is none to be seen on my home, I can only guess that there is an attempt to mislead the homeowner in the hopes that the homeowner is poorly trained in this area. Sadly, I have worked 25 years with the building industry and in my opinion, I find their action misleading .

Just wanted to type a quick review. These guys and gals have been great. Everyone from Best Choice was super friendly, extremely helpful during the process when I had questions and overall just fantastic. They helped navigate the whole process, etc. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff, pretty easy to work with. New roof looks great. Only issue i had was i had to contact my hoa. But guess thats to be expected. Once that was done they showed up quickly got the old shingles off and new ones on in a day. With adding a vent fan which they cannot wire in.

With so many roofers in hurricane stricken Florida, it seems like the only way to tell them apart is after the job is done. Quniton Smith from Best Choice Roofing was there from the start; from helping to file a claim, to the interminable back and forth with the insurance company. I would not have a new roof without him. He fought for me like I was family and is welcome at my table any day. Can you say that about your roofer? Maybe you should be able to.

Five stars for this company! Jimmy from BCR stuck with me for over ten months, fighting my insurance company to get my roof replaced from storm damage. Once the company finally paid, the roof was put on in a few weeks' time, and the actual roof replacement was done in a single day with no mess or damage! All I ended up paying was my deductible! This is a fantastic, patient company, and Jimmy is an amazing rep. I knew nothing about roofing and he guided me through the entire process from start to finish. Now I have a gorgeous new roof of Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration shingles. Jimmy even came by to clean up unseen nails out of my yard after. I highly recommend this company!

Best Choice Roofing The person in this vehicle was soliciting his services in a neighborhood with signs posted strictly prohibiting said behavior. My husband saw him at our elderly neighbors house and he said to him, ""Are you soliciting and did she request your presence at her door? Do you have an appointment?"" The individual replied,""I am offering a free service"" and then declared ""She was rude to me and slammed the door in my face."" My husband said,"" This is a non soliciting neighborhood and unless you were requested to be here you need to leave."" At this point he told my husband to ""Fuck off!"" and sped through our street going over the residential area speed limit as to avoid my husband snagging this photo."" What a disgrace. SHAME.
