I just wanted to say thank you, to everyone who helped with the install of my meatal roof. Dale was my sales guy. He helped me step, by step with all the paperwork and explained in detail all of the pricing and process. Shout out to Dale for his excellent customer service. Thank you for your patience with me, I appreciate it. I would also like to say this was a great experience and I was very pleased with everything from start to finish. I had a minor issue, and Pete was quick to address it and took care of it ASAP!!! Thank you, Pete!! Shout out to the crew who tore my old roof off. They are very hard workers who really take pride in the work they do, and very good at what they do, and also putting my new metal roof on. They take pride in the work they do, and it shows.
I can't forget Hannah in the office, she was very nice and friendly, made me feel valued as a customer, Last but certainly not least, Tyler and Tom, great guys very knowledgeable and helpful. They were right there to answer any questions. I absolutely enjoyed the crew, who came to install my gutters. Shout out to Tanner. Thank you, guys! They really know there, stuff. They did an excellent job very friendly and answered all my questions. This company was very transparent with their pricing throughout the whole prosses. I highly recommend this company to everyone! This roof company is one of the worse. Stay away . The only person that cares is the sale agent. They did one big mess, First the guys that wer going to work o my roof. Came to my house at 6am and were all in my driveway in the dark . I open my garage door and it was scary. They all laugh. Then they started the roof without a dumpster. They just had everything in front of my house nails and all supplies all of the old roof. I call to let the company know that there was no dumpster. No one knew about this. They the company then was trying to get a dumpster here. My gutters were put out, when they were not supposed to be. I have my lights that light up my walk way broken when they toss thing off the roof. I have tar on my house from the roof guys after i just had it painted a month ago. The only person that cares is ray the sale man he was here when I call him. The production man shawn doesn't care at all.He will said anything just to get you off the phone and he will have everyone else call you or come talk to you .This company did give me new gutters and on downspout. But i had to pay for all of the other downspouts cause the color i had painted them i month before nobody carry's. So that was more money out of pocket for a company . That has not yet come by to fix the tar and water sensor to the sprinkling system that they took down. Now they are not picking up phone calls. The only person is the sale guy that answers and comes by. He needs to go work for a better company. Please stay away from this company. The best choice roof. They need a lot of improvement to live up to this name.

Make sure if you use this company that you get everything in writing. Double talk from Tyler and JR will leave your project undone. 7 items that were supposed to be taken care of, weren't. After all is done, I still have a leak. Thanks guys, you do lousy work.
