We've been at our current house for almost 10 years now. When we first moved here we used another local company and have been using them here and there for minor repairs. However, that other company doesn't have any availability for 6 months so we'd have to book half a year in advance and their prices have risen.

Last year, my husband started to look around for another local and reliable roofer and found Servando. Last summer we were getting our house ready to be painted. He's come out to our house a couple times last year and repaired some damaged wood on our roof. Actually now that I think about it, it was Servando who recommended the painter we hired too!

My husband wanted to replace all the old underlay of our roof too and talked about it with Servando that we would get it done this year. Well fast forward to June 2023, they started on our house. We had an entire roof tile reset, they removed the tiles and old roof underlayment on our entire roof, installed synthetic underlayment, installed black drip edge, reinstalled the tiles back in place, installed new cement, and some minor painting.

I was home while they were working on the roof. I work from home and only had to leave a couple times for meetings. Our neighbors had theirs done too with a different company and their job took about 2 weeks. The crew was here every day for 6 days straight. Every day there would be at least 2 guys working and on some days there would be 4. Luckily the weather has been nice (not too hot) and they finished ahead of schedule. They were professional and courteous and cleaned up afterwards everyday before they left. We'd definitely use them again for future projects.

Our house was due for some repairs . I've used this company before to repair termite damage before. The underlayment was old and brittle with some area leaks. They came out did the estimate for new underlayment and installed drip edge. They were finished before the estimated time. They were prompt and punctual and we even had a bbq lunch together. The price they charged me was reasonable compared to other quotes I received.

I recently used this roofing company for a leak coming around my chimney. Servando and his team did an excellent job pin pointing the issue. On time, reliable and workmanship on point. The leak went away and now I can sleep better knowing my home is water tight. Thanks again Servando. I will be referring friends and family.
