Best Choice just finished replacing all of the windows and the three sliding glass doors at my condo in Carlsbad.

Jason in Sales and Alex the Production Manager were great. They were very polite and helpful through the whole process.

Rafael and Francisco did the installation, and even though we had a scheduling mishap (not their fault - a construction crew blocked my street on the planned day), they got the job done quickly and within a few days of the original date.

The windows and doors are beautiful and my neighbors are already asking about who did them!

Well, I just finished my remodel and everything looks fantastic!!!! Jason was amazing and handled everything perfectly. All of the workers were professional and did a beautiful job! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a refresher or even a full remodel. My husband and I just had our windows and patio doors replaced. The entire experience from the initial consultation to installation was fantastic. Beata came over to speak to me and then a second time to speak with both my husband and I. She had examples and was extremely knowledgeable. By the end of the night my husband and I were more thank happy to commit with working with her company. Raphael and Francisco completes the measurements and installation. They were professional, respectful and friendly. Our windows and doors came out looking amazing, we can already feel the difference in temperature and the outside noise is no longer an issue. We have a few more projects coming up in the future and will 100% be calling Beata to work with her and Best Choice again!

About a month ago i had a door to door salesman come from Best Choice Home Remodeling and like all i was pretty skeptical, but i thought ""what the heck it's a quote, it couldn't hurt"". So i made an appointment for the next day at 5:30pm. In my experience these are usually a ball park time and usually show up later. Beata showed up exactly at my door at 5:29pm and i was already off to a good start.
She sat with me and LISTENED to what i wanted and what my expectations were, she told me me to not think of the price but just list out what i want and we can work from there to reach my budget. Not once did she try to steer me into a more expensive or unnecessary option and she was very patient with all my many questions. Long story short a quick day of thinking later i decided to put my trust in the company and go from there.

After i decided Beata once again showed up at the time she and i agreed upon and we went thepugh all the paperwork. Now this is where i thought ok well her job is done now for the foreman and his crew. Boy was i wrong. Even though her portion was done she kept communicating with me every step of the way.

For the foreman and his workers they showed up promptly and took measurements just a few days after i signed and then a week and a half later the work started. Now i was all set for waiting Atleast a month but nope i was very pleased to hear it would take such a short time!

I have nothing but good works to say for Tim and his crew. They showed up 30 min early got all the materials and went to work. The job started at 8am and to my surprise by 3 pm they were packing up and they cleaned my entire yard whether it was their mess or not! Tim was actively giving me suggestions on something's that may work or not but in the end he managed to fulfill all my crazy requirements and managed to make it beautiful.

Long story short i would definitely give Best Choice Home Remodeling (aptly named), Beata and her team a call for all your home needs. Beata especially was a wonderful addition to my list of agents to call for any future peojects and i hope to be working with her again soon!

Imperial Valley watch out! This company provided me with the worst customer service and remodeling experience I have ever had. They were extremely rude, unorganized, unprofessional, and took about 6 weeks to complete a job they told me would take 3-5 days. They scheduled a day to start, then didn't show up or return my phone calls for 3 days. When they finally did contact me, it was only to tell me that the start would further be delayed. When they finally showed up two weeks later, they didn't have all the equipment to do the job, so they left a backhoe in my front yard for another few days. When they finally showed up to START the job, they sent two people who didn't know how to use a backhoe. They almost flipped it in my front yard and the construction company across the street ran over to stop them before somebody got injured. ""Best Choice"" actually sent those workers home, completing nothing, and two days later the construction company from across the street came over to start the turf job. The company did about 3 hours of work per week, until the job was finally complete one month later. They wouldn't return my phone calls as they continuously didn't show up, and then acted like they had no idea what I was complaining about. They also attempted to install the turf without the weed barrier and other supplies, after they had charged me for them. All in all, this was the worst experience of my life, and I would never use them ever again, for any project. Please, take my word on this.

Update: I was just contacted by a man. He said he went through his records and was trying to find who I was. He wanted to know my full name, address, phone number, and date that the job was completed. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I guess they don't want people telling the truth.

Best Choice Remodeling exceeded my expectations! They were professional, honest, and knowledgeable. All work was completed in a timely manner and the installers were very respectful. Communication with the office was always a pleasure. Lisa was able to answer all of my questions and incredibly patient and understanding. I will definitely be using Best Choice for all of my future remodeling needs.

Last weekend we had the displeasure of having Best Choice Home Remodeling visit our home to provide a quote for an outdoor pergola. Beata was our consultant and showed up on time and provided a wealth of information pertaining to the aluminum pergola product that her company provided. Upon completion of the measurement of our space and the overview of their product, Beata began to crunch the numbers and provide us with our quote. This, however, is where the situation started to fall off of the rails.

An initial price of almost 10k was discounted to around 6.5k if we ""signed up today"" as this was their slow time of the year. I asked if they would honor that price in two weeks if I agreed to their terms and the answer was ""most likely."" Beata then decided to berate us about affordability, how serious we were, and even brought up the fact that if we liked her personally (tough call only knowing someone for 30 minutes) then we should sign on the dotted line. She basically used every hard sell tactic in the book to get us to sign a contract even after I informed her I worked in the sales industry and would not be making any decisions on the spot.

In closing, this company uses doorknockers to set appointments and then sends in the ""closers"" to use high-pressure sales tactics to seal the deal. In my opinion, if a company wants to close you on the same day and does not allow you any time to think it over or shop around then they must not have a quality product or service. We said a definitive ""no"" at least ten times before this grueling consultation was over. I can see how they are successful as a majority of the population would sign the contract just to end the nightmare of the hard sell.

I've been living with a dirt yard, rotted wooden retaining wall and small, loose brick work. Jason And Darrel walked me through a great plan and Juan headed up my project. The work was carefully done and turned out even better than I hoped. Even Jack loves hanging out in his new domain.

The brick work is perfect and the turf was completed with only one invisible seam.

They just finished remodeling the house, now I plan on having them enlarge the house. They installed new flooring, removed and painted popcorn ceilings, painted, installed new interior doors and a new front door. Before I committed to a large amount of money, I wanted to see their work. I'm picky and expect things to be perfect. These people came through and did that. I highly recommend them, especially Felipe, and tell Hector, the owner, that Joan Raphael recommended the company!
