Came house to house and I agreed to get a quote. Scheduled a 930 on a Sat. They called to confirm my appointment didn't have a 930 so I agreed yo a later time. They no showed.

Someone calls me back a week later and I tell them that they no showed and I'm no longer interested. They 1st say that I didn't confirm my apt and when I say I did they changed there story to something else. I tell them I'm not interested and hang up.

They call my back the same day and confirm my apt?? I say they no showed and I am no longer interested. Then they proceed to ask me if I am referencing the right company.

Seems unorganized. I hope they lose my number.

Unwanted solicitors selling their business. I agreed to a quote yesterday for them to show at 3pm today. I also received a confirmation call. I adjusted my day, came home early only to wait for an hour. When I called 858-504-2247, a random woman answered as if was a house phone. Any reputable business would answer their phone stating the name of the business right? I got a slight pause..... then a hello? I asked if it was their business because I thought I may have dialed the wrong number but, the woman on the phone replied, ""yes"".

I explained I scheduled an appointment and no one was here so she offered to reschedule? Really? How about offer an explanation or update?

Now I'm concerned random people have my address, name, and number.

Sounds like a scam....

Best Choice Home Remodeling has done several projects on our home. We had the roof replaced several years ago and they did an amazing job. They were very quick and efficient. Recently we had new french doors and a hidden screen put in off the living room along with windows in the hallway. The door is beautiful, I just love it. The windows in the hallway were installed last week. They were done in one afternoon and look great. Randy has walked us through all the projects and makes sure we are happy with the result. I recommend this company!

Expect lies from their door knockers and high pressure sales. Be aware as they lie to you to get information and try to build a sale. Not trustworthy.

Hector, Robert and Manny were a pleasure to work with. I didn't catch the rest of the crew's names, but they were all very good, responsive and respectful. They remodeled my kitchen and front yard. Both look amazing. Quotes were fast, work started quickly, and they stayed exactly on schedule with clear communication. Highly recommend!

We hired Best Choice Home Remodeling for our window project. Immediately after the installation we noticed a huge difference in the temperature control and sound. Our project manager Jason was very professional and gave us a great price! We're very happy with our experience and highly recommended!

We needed some retaining walls and some pavers in our backyard. Beata Jenkins helped us choose the stone and design the space. Christian and his crew did a fantastic job. It is very difficult to access our backyard but they staged things perfectly and even finished a week ahead of schedule.

Worst choice home remodeling! They use predatory sales tactics to sell overpriced windows. When they realize it they let go of the sales person yet let the client still be stuck with a huge bill. I comped the same window pricing the owner stated are ""top of the line"" and was quoted 60% less than what they did at better install quality. They have a 4 star for a reason. If you like your money to fly away, this is your place. If you value honestly and the hard working dollar, then stay away!
