I am so disappointed with our experience and wish I had a better review. Jeff came out in August for a consultation and we decided to go with him and gave him a deposit. He had some delays with permitting with City of Houston (COH), which were to be expected but NOT THIS LONG. It turns out he had no idea how to get a permit with COH and we had to intercede. Even after getting a permit, we still DON'T HAVE A NEW ROOF. We asked for our money back and he promised us a check on December 18th, but we are still waiting. I called repeatedly and left messages that he never returned. We still don't have a new roof OR OUR MONEY and now he is ghosting us and won't return calls. Terrible experience - run!!! Bottom line - at this point he appears to be a thief.

Jeff is hands down the BEST BET to go with when it comes to anything with your house. We had a small tornado hit the area in July and he came out to do the inspection at the referral from my insurance agent. He worked tirelessly with the insurance even after they gave an initial report of ""repair"" he got us a new roof. Once that was done, we had him and his crew create a new patio for us and MY Goodness it is BEAUTIFUL!!! We will enjoy this for many decades! Then just this week, we had setup a toilet install via Lowes and went with whomever they picked, boy were we wrong! After speaking with Jeff quite often through all of the processes, I figured to shoot him a text and see if he could help. Knowing my work schedule, he communicated with my wife and took time out of his day to meet her at Lowes to discuss what happened and we were able to get the toilet fixed in no time instead of waiting on a different contractor from Lowes that would have been another week! He is hands down the best and I would highly recommend him for any needs for around the house. The review says 5 stars but it should really be a million! Thank you so very much Jeff for all of the Wonderful work you do!

Jeff is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He has excellent communication skills and texted an accurate ETA. Took great pictures of all the problems with my roof and explained everything clearly. Fixed everything quickly and competently. Highly recommended
