They just repaired the leak in my roof! I had met with numerous other roofing companies up here all with their own ideas of the leak in my roof (some so elaborate it was clear they were trying to take advantage of us)....that should not be how it is! Thank goodness for Juan and Edgar! Juan took one look, had a simple solution and called Edgar who came and fixed it all today!! After we made the deal- Juan took their service above and beyond by making repairs to other small issues we had on the roof and skylights we didn't even know were issues yet. Straight forward, fast, incredibly efficient, fair pricing.. Plus, we found them because my sister over in Spring Valley Lake used them and were met with the same great eithics, know how and good work we saw today too. 10/10 recommend

My parents house needed a new roof (in Helendale, CA) and this company answered my phone calls, scheduled a date and time to see the roof and actually listened to what I wanted and needed. They gave me a quote and were very professional and courteous. While doing the work they updated me with text messages that included photos of the work being done and then they cleaned up everything and it was as if they had never been there with the exception being the new roof they installed. I know there are many choices out there but this company's constant updates and communication were both helpful and reassuring.

I found Best Bet Roofing while searching for roofing companies in the High Desert. Juan replied and set up a visit. He came and gave an estimate and the job was scheduled and completed promptly. He showed me before pictures, explained what was rotted on my patio roof, gave me a reasonable estimate, scheduled the job and completed within our needed time period. Juan was a pleasure to work with and seemed very honest! I highly recommend his services.

With the recent rains we had, I woke up in the middle of the night to find out that my bathroom had a large leak coming through the ceiling. I called a few local roofers the following morning, but no one really gave me a secure appointment to come assess the roof issue.

I then called Juan, at Best Bet Roofing. He was very knowledgeable and courteous over the phone. We agreed on an appointment and he arrived right on time. Dressed professionally and respectful of the interior of my home... he put on shoe covers before entering!

He diagnosed the roof problem and came back to me with several photos of the problem. We confirmed another appointment for him to make the necessary repairs. The job was very well done and I could tell that this company knows what they are doing. Juan showed me photos of the before and after and I was amazed at the job they had performed.
