I noticed a wet spot on my ceiling
this morning and Hurricane Nicole is to arrive later tonight. Mr. Faircloth
sent someone out a short time later and he tracked where the rain came in and patched it. So very thankful and will definitely have them back to check entire roof out. Thanks Bert!

We did not hire this company; we're not commenting on their work, but we are commenting on their professionalism. We walk through this neighborhood every day & our ""creep meter"" went off the charts on a couple of different occasions. The first day, my husband & I were walking past. Three workers did not just stare. They stopped what they were doing & leered our way. My husband looked over in their direction & they turned their heads as if they were looking elsewhere. Today, two workers tried to make it look like they weren't staring but they very much were. Our 9 year old was with us which made it SO much worse. Like I said above, we're not commenting on their work, it may be great, but the men that work there are less than professional & when we do need a roof, we will not be calling this company.

We are in remarkable times with Covid restrictions and prices rising, with that being said, we did wait about three months for Bert to start our flat/roofed house. We needed a full week where rain chances were literally at zero. The work needed to meet and comply with current day standards is a lot different than someone with a traditional slanted roof. Overall, we are very happy with him and staff. Once started, everyone put in 100% of themselves into the job with clean-up and completed the work on schedule. It's rained heavily a number of times since and the new roof and pitch. It did an awesome job. Now we just need gutters. :)

Faircloth Roofing is a family owned company that has had a good reputation for decades in our area. They provided the best estimate. Great communication throughout the process. Work crews were professional and cleaned up everything before they left. The roof from start to finish took 3 days and turned out perfect. The work crews were professional and cleaned up everything after they left. It's a family owned business that's been around for quite awhile. Highly recommend Bert Faircloth Roofing!

This company is very professional with excellent communications throughout the project. The team arrived, tore the existing roof to the wood, and replaced the roof and all ancillary components in one day. They were careful of neighbor's property and cleaned up all debris upon completion of the job. I would highly recommend them.

Did a roof in 2013 inspection revealed a rotted (completely gone) rafter and original flashing - the chimney area was rotted out after less than 5 years. When contacted they did not have the paperwork because they are old school and do hand written logs. They will not honor their workmanship as most roofers will because their warranty is non-transferrable. Shoddy work, covers up problems and does not honor their workmanship - it is worth paying more for your roof - guess you get what you pay for

I needed a new roof for my beach house. Faircloth Roofing came in best out of 3 estimates. The job from start to finish was 3 days and the roof came out perfect. The work crews were professional and cleaned up everything after they left. It's a family owned business that's been around for quite awhile. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately there is no option for 0 stars. I'm not happy with this company at all. I had them come out to fix a couple of problem areas in the roof. I came home to see that they'd left the work site a complete mess. Tools, scrap, nails, broken glass, and even an old saw blade littered my front lawn. I have 3 young children and to me this was unacceptable. Generally speaking, a good roofer will lay down a tarp to catch the scrap material while working. When I called the owner to complain, he did not even bother to come to the worksite to look at it. He said he would take care of it, but I highly doubt it went anywhere. Sure I gave them an ear full next time I saw them, but it didn't make a dent. I say that because after they had finished the job, the roof wasn't repaired properly, still had nails and trash on it, and there were tools left in my driveway. Nice.

So recently, I had another issue (this time a skylight). Of course I called another contractor who promptly noticed the shoddy patch work and offered to do it right in addition to they skylight (He did not charge me to fix the screw up by Faircloth).

As you can imagine, I will not be contacting All Bert Faircloth Roofing for any future roofing needs. I don't think you should either.
