Berry's wrapped up my house re roof a couple weeks ago. They were professional. On time. Efficient and organized in their processes. My roof looks fantastic. I received several quotes on the job and Berry's was the best. Others were ridiculously high....almost double in one case. I have a warranty, a beautiful new roof, and peace of mind during the rainy and windy season. I would happily refer Berry's all day long if you need a new roof.

Great customer service/Great work. From my initial contact all the way thru time of payment, every single person I spoke with was well mannered and genuine. The work was done on time and the quote was 'on-the-money'. Keep up the good work! Definitely recommend this company.

Was very pleased with the work done by Berry Roofing. We did have a slight problem, with scheduling our repair date though. A worker was sent to our home to begin the repairs when we hadn't even confirmed a day yet. I had a missed call from an employee asking if we'd be available, but had not even responded when the worker was sent to our house. Luckily I was home and we were able to begin the repairs as I wasn't going to work that day. That is why I'm giving a four stars instead of five. As far as the work itself, we were very pleased.

I called to request for an inspection of 2 leaks on my roof. The receptionist was nice and courteous. I gave her my contact number, email, and had her repeat it to me to confirm. She had it correct. I had an appt the following week between 12-3pm. I asked if I could be called 20 minutes before because I would be right down the street. She said yes, of course, no problem. The day came and no phone call from Berry's Roofing. I called them at 3 pm to ask what happened. I was informed that my phone number was written down incorrectly. I asked why couldn't you email me? There was No answer. Then I spoke with Steven later that day and he said he could go back out the following week. He showed up and it was clear and apparent where the leaks were coming from. The following day he emailed me a quote. A few days later I received a Doc U Sign to sign the contract. A week had gone by and no one had called me for a repair appt date. I called Berry's Roofing to follow up and the person that answered the phone said ""oh yeah, that's right you need to be scheduled."" I was given a date of a Wednesday 2 weeks later, and they will be there half of the day to do both repair jobs. 2 weeks later on Tuesday I received a phone call asking if the date of the repair job could be changed to Friday instead? I said yes. On Thursday I received another phone call asking if the date of the repair job could be changed to Saturday 7-9 am? I said yes again. Saturday morning no one showed up. I called Steven and he said, ""I didn't know your job was postponed twice, I thought your repair work was completed on Wednesday. Let me call and find out what's going on."" He called back right away and stated the crew would be there around 1 pm and that the crew had gotten delayed at another job. During this phone conversation I asked Steven if I would be receiving pictures of both repair jobs. He said yes and there would be pictures of before, during, and after. The crew actually showed up at 11am and only worked for a few hours. Monday morning I receive an email from Amerah with only 2 pictures of 1 of the repair jobs, and I couldn't tell which one of the repairs it belonged to. I emailed Amerah back asking which repair job are those pictures from and Steven stated I would be receiving a before, during, and after of both repair jobs. I got No response from her. The following day I received a bill by email from Jan. I asked her the same question I asked Amerah. Jan's response was, ""I will forward your email to her."" Next day I receive an email from Amerah of 3 pictures, but only 1 shows the actual position of which job that it belonged to. After inspection of 1 of the repairs jobs (I can't see the other without climbing the roof) there are tiles scattered with flashing exposed and disarrayed. I called Steven and he said ""I only work out in the field now and don't go into the office anymore, so I will let my supervisor know about this issues."" I have yet to hear from anyone at Berry Roofing since. I would not recommend Berry's Roofing Company.

I had BR come down and do a couple patches last year after I ended up finding out there were a couple leaks in the roof as the rain seeped through nearly drowning my new PC when I got home.

It's been several months and the roof has survived all the new rain California hasn't seen in years. All in all every still looks great, it was as very simple process working with the staff, everyone was nice. Thanks again.

This is the second time that i have had a roof leak ( 2 different parts of my house). I have a Home Warranty with limited roof coverage. Geoff was the estimator that came out both times and gave us the estimate. Geoff was very helpful and explained exactly what was needing to be done and was patient with me. ( I asked a lot of questions) When it came time to get the work done, both times everyone was on time and very professional. With the roof leak this time, i had a lot of questions and needed help with the Home Warranty company and Michelle in the office helped me out, always answered my question and provided excellent customer service. If we ever need anything done on our roof I will call Berry Roofing. This company is the best.

I did not have a good experience working with this company. It took a month and a half from the point we contacted Berry Roofing, to the point our repairs were completed.

First, we got lost in limbo because the employee that was working with us quit her job after being with the company for less than a week. For whatever reason we were never contacted to schedule the repair after she had received the estimate their field team made after their first visit.

Every time I tried calling to see what the delay was I was told they would return my call with more information. Half the time they never called me back.

I wouldn't recommend using this company.

If you are looking for a company to repair your roof you need to use Berry Roofing.
They made the experience so easy! Geoff came and gave the estimate and was very polite and informative on everything I needed repaired. They set up a date to repair my roof they were time and very neat and clean. Very Happy with the experience with Berry roofing!

We contacted Berry Roofing from Angie's list because off all the good reviews. They were the 2nd of 3 estimates. Ron Berry came out looked over the roof and took his measurements. We sat down and discussed the projects we were doing, he gave me a booklet of his products and service. We called him for a roof but found out he also did attic insulation and rain gutters which we were going to have done. So he gave me the price and broke down each category of the work, as I had a porch that ran the length of the house that was leaking and had rotted wood . His price was competitive with other estimates I had gotten for the roof and the attic insulation , as for the rain gutters I figured the other quotes were competitive so I didn't even check prices. We decided to go with Berry Roofing as I could get everything done with one company. Berry roofing did the Roof, Attic Insulation, O'Hagin Vents, Rain Gutters.They came out on 11/28/2016 with a finish date of 12/03/16. The crew was great very friendly and cleaned up each day . I received picture updates every day from the office staff. Everyone at Berry Roofing was polite and courteous they answered all my questions. It was obvious from the workers in the field to the office staff their main goal was to do the best job possible and to make sure we were completely happy. We have gotten compliments from our neighbors on how nice the roof looks. We are very happy with our decision of using Berry Roofing and Thank everyone from Ron Berry, the office staff Jan, Amerah and the field workers (who make the company shine) for such a great experience and a great looking roof.
