Bernie and his crew came highly recommended to me and we could not be happier with the finished project, the communication before, during and after as well. Bernie certainly went above and beyond to take care of our 25 year old roof. Replaced the roof, facia boards and all the vents on the roof as well. They did the entire job in about 4 days and were very good about keeping everything clean.

From taking the time to review the estimate with us and explain the different options we had with choosing colors and the proper shingles, we are nothing but 100% satisfied! I would also highly recommend Bernie and his crew, they stood out from the other roofers we contacted. Honesty and integrity are the words I would use to describe Bernie and the crew at ROOF ROOF.

Let me preface this review with the fact that I did NOT contract Bernard for his services. In fact, Bernard's integrity and guidance was precisely the reason why I didn't utilize his services.

I had a single slipped roof tile and was shopping for estimates for this minor repair. Many of the responses seemed absurdly high, and some wouldn't consider the job due to a project minimum. When I called the business number, I was surprised to get in touch with him directly! This was refreshing because most other places I called got me to an office assistant who refused to look at a photo or forward me to someone who could provide a rough estimate, and insisted to schedule appointments (some requiring a fee for the visit).

When speaking to Bernard, his kindness was present in his tone; his professionalism was evident in the content of his words. Our conversation led to the fact that my home was built a few years ago, and Bernard graciously pointed out that this condition ought to be easily covered by the warranty! No need for his services, or any outside services for that matter! Bernard SAVED ME MONEY!

In retrospect, my experience with other contractors felt predatory. They all knew my house was a new-build, and they all knew the job wouldn't have taken them more than 15 minutes to achieve. Yet, the ones who did submit a bid all insisted on quoting an exorbitant amount of money.

Bernard did offer one of his guys to come after hours so they could get a little side hustle and save me the administrative costs if we had contracted through his company, but he still insisted that I pursue a claim with my home builder. So I did just that. And a few hours later, I got a text from Bernard following up to see if the builder responded favorably! What a guy!

I greatly appreciate Bernard's honesty, integrity, and expertise, and I'm definitely bookmarking his Yelp page so that I can come to him if I -- or any of my friends -- encounter any roofing issues.

He was honest in his assessment of our roof, gave us a fair price, showed up every day to the job with his crew, who also came on time, and cleaned up the entire project afterward. Bernie and his team replaced my roof about a week ago and did a great job throughout the whole process. The initial meeting went very well and Bernie explained the process of the whole job in great detail.

The tear down, wood replacement and installation went very smooth and the roof looks amazing. The best part of this whole process is that Bernie worked with my HVAC contractor to setup where the new exhaust vent would be. To top it all off the HVAC guys messed up the flashing that Bernie's crew installed so Bernie was able to come out the same day and inspect the issue. He sent his guys out here the very next day to fix the issue that this other company created. He went above and beyond. Great experience.
