Meeting with Principal Estimator Miles Walker, the attention to detail for the scope of work was notable, made all the more apparent when compared to alternate contractors.

Can't recommend this company enough!!! We had a solar company replace our roof when installing solar and they did such a poor job that the entire roof needed to be replaced. Our contractor and designers both recommend Berkeley Roof Services. This company came in and completed a full reroof in 4 days. If you're looking for a very professional company that does top quality work you've found them!

I called Berkeley Roof Services about a new roof and gutters for my rental property. We discussed terms and I was sent a contract. I discussed the contract with Mr Miles Morris, I signed it via email and sent it back to him. I did not fill it out correctly, but I spoke with Miles about it and he understood what I wanted and said I was good. This was in January 2023. My appointment was not scheduleded till August. So August came and I was told to meet the worker there on the first day. I was on site but the lead person was not there and the workers didnt seem to know much. I tried to ask if they were giving me a roof with a pitch on it since my roof is flat and he seemed to say yes. I waited about 40 min for the head person but he hadnt yet come so I left. I think a day or two later I got a call saying job done and I was sent pictures of the new roof. In the pictures there was no pitch on the roof, I inquired about the pitch he said that was not on his paperwork. I was shocked and furious. He said he would have Miles Morris call me back which he did the following day. I had calmed down and had thought about my options. I could leave the roof flat and pay less money than I had planned but i really wanted a pitch on the roof. After talking to Miles he remembered our original conversation about the roof and he said the workers pulled the original paper work that I filled out incorrectly. So Mr Morris and I discussed pros and cons of a flat roof and I decided I really want a pitch on the roof. HE SAID HE WOULD TAKE OFF WHAT WAS DONE AND PUT A ROOF on WITH A PITCH FOR THE ORIGNAL CHARGE!!! I was so thankful to get the roof I wanted for price I originally agreed on! Mr Morris a man of integrity and that quality is hard to find these days!I will absolutely use Berk Roof Services again and I HIGHLY recommend them.

Miles himself has been personable, professional and patient, not to mention honest, and has never put pressure on us to do anything. Berkeley Roof Services did an excellent job replacing our old tile roof. Our 3-story house was challenging to get onto and there were multiple skylights that needed reinforcement insulation. The crew came and did the job quickly, carefully and professionally. They were easy to communicate with and they came out a few months later for free to consult on the gutters.

Joe called back immediately and came by within hours to check out a weird sudden leak in our home. He looked into the problem and thought it might be related to the particularities of the recent crazy storm and that we should wait and monitor.
