Called office to schedule after receiving a quote, left message with receptionist for the guy who makes the appointments to call me back. He never called me back. Called again the following week, he called me back the next day and gave me a day to start. We were doing the tear off ourselves and they were fully aware of this. Called a few days before the scheduled day for them to start to make sure they would be there and were told they took us off their schedule because they did not receive a paper mailed back in. I do not recall being told to mail anything in when the guy finally called me back, but you would think that they would give you a courtesy call to tell you they are taking you off the schedule ESPECIALLY knowing we were tearing our roof off. So now we are told they cannot get to us for another month.....maybe.....with no shingles on our roof and no swamp cooler!! We have contacted someone else to do the work....thanks for nothing!

No option for zero stars otherwise I would give them absolutely zero stars so I have to go with one. Very unprofessional and rude not only on the phone but in person as well. I can't remember his name but he drives a big ford with a rack in the bed of the truck and has long, dirty blonde hair. Horrible customer service and I will be calling someone else and so should you!!! Call someone else!!!!
